They do have this policy and I posted a link earlier with their printed policy that we are bound to when we buy a ticket. That is just the thing Jbean the airline did not have this policy.
On the same airline on the flight home she wore the same outfit and the stewardess complimented her!!
If they want a dress code FINE but they need to apply it equally and have it known before someone buys a ticket.
CyberLaw I am sorry but you neglected to note that the girl is also a college student .. does this not say anything about her personality?
I fail to see how a miniskirt ruins the comfort of others..
Are all these others prudes???
my take on that again:
>>Regarding clothing, it really just comes down to each of our own threshholds for offensive. Since it would be impossible for us to agree, the airline reserves the right to make their own determination. That determination may depend on who is on duty that day.
Like in the drunk analogy. What might be acceptable drunkeness to you, may not be to me and so the airline makes their own determination and will refuse boarding to someone they feel is drunk<<
ETA: But I would bet you twenty bucks that when she wore the outfit on the second flight, she did not wear it the way she intially wore it on the first flight. IF she did wear it the same way she would be purty stupid and she couldn;t have been humiliated THAT much.
She's full of it IMO.
