I would totally sue them if they did this. I would call it "public humiliation" and I would say that "I wasn't dressed skimiply" (sp?)?
wouldnt it be hard to prove you are publicly humiliated when you choose to tell the world about it? i mean if it was so traumatic that you need cash would you go on every tv show that will take you to say "hey this air line thinks i dress slutty!"?I would totally sue them if they did this. I would call it "public humiliation" and I would say that "I wasn't dressed skimiply" (sp?)?
I don't think people have a constitutional right not to be embarrassed...especially when their own actions are a major contributing factor.
She's just trying to use this as a springboard to Playboy, or some other magazine that specializes in flesh. The old adage; there's no such thing as bad publicity. Give us a break; she probably knew exactly what she was doing. She needs to stop with the , "Oh, I'm so innocent" act.
You were saying Buzz?Jbean said:Buzz I agree with you on the 15 minutes thing. I would put money on it that we will see her in Playboy or similar mag shortly.
We saw this coming. It was as plain as the nose on our face. From Hooters to Playboy to ???You were saying Buzz?
This woman really must have been so embarrassed by all the attention to her body on the airplane.Wasn't that her chief complaint? What a manipulative dingaling.
Her parents must be so proud.
I think the line:We saw this coming. It was as plain as the nose on our face. From Hooters to Playboy to ???

Yes but the Playboy "spread" is done tastefully.:bang:Who knew, all along I was living my life all wrong.Stupid me,there I am working hard, doing what's right and what was expected of me,to eke out my paultry weekly salary...when all I had to do was hike up my skirts, show an abundance of,and then complain I was being singled out,to make the big bucks.Sigh ...
Isn't it FUNNY how they always say..."The photos were "tastefully" done!?!" How can hanging out your "Well, Kyla has cashed in. I knew this was coming.![]()

A 23-year-old college student who was told by a Southwest Airlines employee that her outfit was too revealing to fly is wearing even less on Playboy's Web site.
"They're very tastefully done," Ebbert told The Associated Press on Thursday. "I don't see anything wrong with the female body."
.
Sorry, but to promote the objectification of women as a "better opportunity" is truly a sad commentary and sells her short. Her complaint was that she was kicked off a flight and told to "cover up" more of herself before she could board the next flight.
I don't blame her for doing Playboy - she is 23, she will never get a better opportunity than she's getting right now - plus she's a waitress at Hooters - the money probably looks pretty good too. She'll probably be Hooters star employee for the next year!
Geez, I have seen more skin on the red carpet than she was showing on that flight. Would I wear what she was...nope, but I'm a long way from 23 and at that age I wore some pretty sexy stuff out at night myself. If you've got the body, are over 18 and it covers as much as a bikini what's the big deal? Unless we are all for women wearing a BURKA in public we'd better think about condemning a woman for baring all in a magazine that's been tastefully (and successfully) featuring nude women (including Marilyn) for what, 50 years now?
BTW, I find Playboy more tasteful than that horrendous "Bachelor" TV show IMO. That looks like a freakin' HAREM for the sultan to me and is offensive and demeaning to the women.
And while she is USING her experience for her own benefit - NONE of it would have happened if some overly-judgmental SWA employee hadn't decided to bounce her off a flight she had already boarded. This is America, land of opportunity and this gal is just making the most out of HERS. Might not be what WE'D do but since we are sittin' here online while she's gettin' paid to look hot I'd say we should be happy we are here in the USA where we can ALL say what we think and DO what we like (so long as it's legal).
My Opinion
I am glad she is living the dream! She is making her parents proud I am sure. From the Playboy link:
Thankfully, there were no incidents when Kyla flew American to Chicago for her Playboy shoot. Kyla says her whole experience posing for Playboy was a dream come true. "I've wanted to do it since I turned 18," she says. "The Playboy shoot was amazing."
Given her troubles in the skies, we felt obliged to ask one final probing question. "Yes, I am a member of the mile high club,"
Such lofty aspirations.
Well said, i couldn't agree more!Isn't it FUNNY how they always say..."The photos were "tastefully" done!?!" How can hanging out your "and twat" for all the world to see be "tastefully" done?
 :silenced: She is a slutty :loser: IMO.
Well said, i couldn't agree more!
But to be fair I am not so sure those are her tatas, I belive they once belonged to a plastic surgeon.
Oh well, she peaked out already, and it is all downhill from here. Maybe aNo, they belonged to Dow Corning or Dupont, and I think they should be sent back - not the right size for her body.
I would be embarrassed to walk around in public like that, but that's just me.
