I'm really surprised he's even commenting let alone what it is he's saying! I missed what Steve C had to say other than he spoke with Drew today and spent about 20 minutes with him.

Wow. This Brodsky is something.
Now he’s going after Cassandra, throwing mud because she reported Stacy missing at 4 a.m., which he finds to be a strange time. “What, is that the time the bars close”?
Watch his left shoulder. He has a definite twitch when he’s saying something stupid or something that seems to be a lie.
And oh yes, there were always 2 cars in the driveway–when Cassandra didn’t see both cars, well, you know how Cassandra is. Blech.
Gee, since when do all coffee shops have security cameras? Video?
Brodsky gets my vote for one of the sleaziest characters in this whole mess.
Wow again! Email from Morphey’s sister! He’s never tried suicide before. Morphey’s friend touched me when he teared up.
Greta, you’re doing a great job, as usual. I loved it when, after Brodsky went for the “bars” insinuation, you straightened up, got intense, and asked him if there was a drinking problem.

There is a lot of publicity right now on the case, and that always has the potential to get a change of venue. However, the judge is also going to look at Drew's time on camera and the attorney's time on camera and balance that against the fact that the family has hinted, but not really made strong accusations against Drew P, and the LE has been very close mouthed and has not really come out against Drew P like they might have.


The attorney is trying to provoke Cass, to get her to go into a rant in the media, making accusations. That way when it comes to trial, he can use that to try to get a change of venue (like that will really help Drew P get an area who hasn't heard about Drew P's missing wife!) Also, if she starts ranting, it will damage her credibility and he can use the "she knows Stacy is on vacation, and she just doesn't like Drew and wants to make him pay" reasoning.

Awwww, everyone over there loves Walter like we do. And his sister sent an email saying Tom has never tried to commit suicide before? Obviously more lies from Drew?

Greta is on and the past 20 minutes have been devoted to this case:

Mark Fuhrman told of his search for the clergyman and showed the church where the man was a pastor in August 2007. The pastor is now at another church, and was very surprised when he saw Mark Fuhrman and Greta's producer Steph. He confirmed he was pastor at the Westbrook Christian Church in August 2007. When it came to asking him about Stacy Peterson, the pastor said he couldn't discuss that.

Mark gave him several hypothetical situations regarding counseling. In particular, Mark outline several situations that could come up in counseling and asked how he would handle it. In the first two situations, involving child abuse and spousal abuse, he said he would be obligated to contact LE. In the last scenario, someone telling him about wrong doing on the part of the person's spouse that was in the past, he stated it was a fine line that would require a lot of thought to come to a decision. The Mark asked him if the person who confided past wrong-doing on their's spouse's part, suddenly disappeared, what would his response be, and the pastor said he would immediately contact the police. Mark further said the pastor's body language indicated he wanted to talk, but couldn't. I don't believe the pastor was a Catholic priest - the church where he was a pastor wasn't a Catholic church.

Greta also presented the interview with Thomas Martinek, the friend of Thomas Morphey, that TM confided in prior to his suicide attempt.

Greta then had a taped interview she did with DP's attorney, Brodsky, earlier today. He badmouthed the pastor saying if he says anything said in counseling that a violation of his oath of confidentiality. Then he badmouthed Tom Morphey, saying he had a long history of suicide attempts and drug abuse.

After the interview........Greta said she had just received an email she wanted to read on the air. It was from the sister of Tom Morphey who said she was very angry with the attorney for saying that Tom had a history of suicide attempts. She said that definitely was not true, that Tom has had some problems with drug abuse but has never attempted suicide prior to this one, which is the first.

Steve Carcerano was interviewed and said DP denys there was a blue barrel and no one helped he move anything.

I thought he asked why Cassandra was out looking for her sister at that hour of the morning......is that when all the bars close. I thought it was a slam against Stacy, saying Cassandra was looking for Stacy at bars. I might have misunderstood and will watch the repeat in a couple of hours.

Either way is bad. Holy cow, Drew and his attorneys have offended all women, men for giving them a bad name, people who take sleeping pills and antidepressants, people who go to church. Wow.

One thing that was interesting in the interview with Brodsky........Greta announced that the interview was done earlier today. She asked Brodsky to explain why he wasn't available for a live interview this evening, and he responded that he was having other attorneys brain storm with him on Drew's situation.

Is sounds like a team of defense attorneys deciding a strategy for DP's defense.

I was flabbergasted!! Does Drew:loser: hypnotize these people around him so they believe all the crap he feeds them?!

Anyway, Brodsky :loser: did say something to the effect of "Cassandra knows Stacey's habits" which implied Stacey was merely hanging out at a bar till closing time. I was hoping Cassandra was watching, but I hope she doesn't go for the bait.

UGH. Brodsky is helping dig DrewP's grave.

I thought Brodsky said Cyril Wecht agreed with the initial 'accident' findings, as he had only reviewed those 1st reports.
