Yeah, and they have substance abuse problems and a long psych history!

If you've ever called their customer service department, you'd definitely believe that one! LOL

BARREL NEWS:

"A friend of the relative of Drew Peterson who has said that he fears he helped the former Bolingbrook police sergeant dispose of Stacy Peterson's body is saying that Peterson paid for that assistance."

I will cross post this to the barrel discussion and the Morphey threads.

Drew probably only gave Thomas $2000 to help Thomas out.. Then after giving him the money Drew would ask a favor..how could a brother refuse after he just helped you? What a schemer that Drew is...it wasn't hush money..it was guilt money to ensure Thomas felt beholding to Drew so he would go over and give Drew a hand with moving the box.

Has anyone heard anymore about the barges, Army Corps of engineers and the divers?

Have the barges started the dredging so the divers can get in the water to search?

Has any local news broadcast said where OR if any of this is happening today?

A thought about the 25K that Stacy supposedly took. I wonder if it's hidden in Scotts car or something to tie him in further to Stacy. Remember that LE was asking Scotts neighbors if they had seen Drews vehicle in the area. And we know Drew drove out to Scotts to create the fake call to Starbucks.

What I heard last night was that the dredgers needed were in Mississippi? And that ISP would have to pay the costs of bringing them to Chicago.

According to This article:

"On Friday morning, the Lockport Fire Department sent rescue boats out on the Des Plaines River near the Lockport lock. It was not immediately learned whether they were looking based on specific information or if they had received any tips."

The Cal Sag is full of old cars and garbage of all kinds. Dredging would be a major undetaking, albiet a long-overdue clean-up of that canal. I bet they recover a number of stolen cars among other things. Hopefully they have reliable information as to where to start looking.

Hey Randy! Do I have the map I linked above marked correctly for the lockport lock? All I could find is the government business address.

Here is a map I made, I hope it works.
Your map works just fine. In Satellite View to the left of the pin for the Lockport Locks, you can see the actual 'lock'

I t might be that Drew did hide money somewhere near or on Scott's property or car..but would Drew give up $25K that easily?

I don't know how many areas would allow easy access to the waterway. Certainly there are a number of bridges that go over it. I am most familiar with the area where Rt 83 goes over it. You can pull off and go down under the bridge and there are several junkyards there that back up right to the water.

If he thought it would be found and he would get it back? It could also have been paid to Tom...or someone else for their assistance.

What do you think of the latest development with Drews brother in law and the clergyman?
