She is passive until she is ENRAGED shoots her victim, stabs her victim 29 times and slashes his throat. Then she can revert back to passivity and do TV interviews where she smiles and tells the world 'no jury will ever convict me'. Don't ya know...................

Evidently the strategy is for Jodi to try to focus on the testimony instead of writing and coloring today. Either that or Donovan told her that her "tracing" has been exposed and her days as an artist are over.

Some people like me would not be cut out to be an expert witness. Even if I had the education of Dr. G. I would be embarrassed to keep talking about myself.

I really don't understand why they are dragging the jury through more expert testimony. Do they honestly think hired expert testimony is going to change any jurors mind at this point. It seems obvious the state and DT could drag 50 experts in to contradict each other.

I agree. And I still don't understand what this really has to do with the case. She killed him...all I would want to know are details of the day of the murder and what happened immediately before she shot and stabbed him.

You're really not missing ANYTHING. he's trying to say that Demarte is wrong. Basically that she has PTSD and not BPD.. all the while, he's never met Jodi, never talked to Jodi, etc. He's going over test scores and generalizing that she was in an abusive relationship.

Oh good lord, she wasn't abused. She was a friend with benefit who wanted more from someone who didn't want to give her more.

My ex abused the crap out of me mentally, emotionally, and physically. You will not hear me say 1 single good word about the POcrap because even though we had good times, he was ABUSIVE and I suffered.
The only good thing I will EVER say about my abusive crappy ex boyfriend was that he made me a stronger person by treating me like garbage.

It pisses me off that she claims abuse.

My heart breaks for these poor jurors... They can't tune out, everyone is scrutinizing their every move and the DT is not even remotely considerate of their time and tolerance level. I would be literally climbing the walls right now.

Apparently the DT has absolutely no clue the effect this last witness is having on the jury. I mean, we can get up, turn the channel, go take a tinkle or get a snack or whatever, and we are going into a group coma here. So consider the jurors having to be subjected to yet another pointless witness.

I KNOW the DT is grasping at straws, but they are absolutely their client's worst enemy at this point. Call it a day, people! Nothing to see here. Move along.
