Defense shows Harris Teeter video & asks undercover officer if Brad appears inappropriate or fidgety. Officer says no. #coopertrial

I know we still have not heard nearly all the testimony, and the video blackout is getting very old. A GREAT BIG tip o' the hat to Sleuthy Gal for risking p-knewmonia in the cold courtroom today to bring us the scoop.

I know the last tweets, which have been few and far between are not sounding all that great for the prosecution: "it might have been like this..." but keep in mind, they don't have to prove HOW he did it...(It was Col. Mustard in the Library with the Candlestick!) just if he did it or not.

I joined facebook to see family photos. I found out that's where they all were. I use facebook as my "vacation slideshow". I post pictures when I go on trips and write stupid comments. It definitely keeps me connected.

there is one more undercover officer to testify

Undercover officer: "During interviews, I was told Nancy embellished at times." #coopertrial

the photos look skewed to fit a square frame

The photos were projected onto the screen in court, and then the WRAL camera would have been at an angle ... yes, I think the photos are skewed. The stairwell should be 3 feet in width.

Well, CB, you're a man (didn't you say this earlier??) after my own heart. I don't do facebook, myspace or tweetdom. Maybe it's because our professions do so much in those areas, we just don't want it, need it, or like it...

BTW, they're doing it again on WRAL.com, but I am not falling for it this time...

Anyway, just wanted to let you know that I am the other person in the universe that does not do fb, ms, or twit.

Yes, I REALLY like my computer stuff, and rarely ever have TOO MUCH of them, but I just don't see the POINT in the Social Media Stuff. I have a lot going on, and I see my daughter spending a LOT of time on Facebook, I monitor what she is doing on it, but I just see it as a big time sink. I pretty much feel the same way about blogs. Hardly ever read 'em unless it comes up in a search I am doing. Then, rarely.

BTW, I am a man, and an honorable one at that, which is why I have not SWIPED your HAL9000 Image [Green with Envy]

Undercover officer followed up with 16 people who said they might've seen Nancy jogging. No one could say for sure it was her. #coopertrial

The descriptions of bedrooms, photos of the interior of the house are bringing back memories.

Remember when Nancy was describing the filth of Brad's sheets and bedroom where he slept? She said his sheets were stained yellow and there were little brown bugs. I bet he had bedbugs in there. He surely had slept around in hotels and *other* ways, and traveled, so he could have brought them to his room.

Wasn't that a recorded phone call when Nancy was telling about the filth? Anyway, I remember it. Just thought I'd jog your memories as well.

I'm surprised at how messy the inside of the house was, besides the regular kiddie things.

I think that their yard was one of the ugliest in the 'hood too. JMO

How long had she been home from her Hilton Head trip when she was killed?

Gee, the defense claimed this did not happen...

Defense: Cooper daughter, Bella, told adult she saw her mom that morning wearing black shorts, white shirt. Officer confirms. #coopertrial

I agree that the photos have their perspective skewed. The space is compressed, narrowed.

Gee, the defense claimed this did not happen...

And the defense is the one that asked the question in order to get that response. Are you guys sure he's good?

Officer: "Due to the stress & trauma it could cause a 4 1/2-year-old child, I did not interview her about her missing mother." #coopertrial

Undercover officer: I went with the info Brad gave us. He said Nancy left at 7 a.m. & Bella was still sleeping. #coopertrial

Honorable Man - You must be a bit old-fashioned, too -- just a bit?? --> Well, at least there is another one "out there" who knows what my avatar is. Why is everyone in the world younger than I?? Glad you like Hal, and you can adopt him any time -- although he is rather big....

Maybe they won't put the other UC on the stand tomorrow... And I wish the camera would give us more glimpses of Our Boy Brad...
