The detective clearly stated they never recovered the shoes seen on video.
If not ditched by BC, where do you think they went:waitasec:

But he didn't say they searched for them either.

Why would she need to be tested? She wasn't having sex with BC.

It's often done as part of a full physical, if requested. Includes PAP, STD screen, physical, etc.

Well, it was established that Brad had been having an affair with HM for 3 years..so maybe she was being careful???

So ncsu95, he just confirmed he does not normally get on his phone and check VM on Saturday mornings....makes sense to me.

I didn't hear confirmation of that.

My oh my..Brad sure was a busy bee on his phones that fateful morning...Question??..If he was at home..why would Nancy be calling Brad on his celly?? couldnt she have just yelled for him??..Its not a wonder LE was unable to rule out Brad as a suspect???..

Also, I wonder where the kids were that day??..as Brad was apparantly at the gym or fitness center that afternoon?? when Officer Hayes called him??

He was at LTF with the kids. He didn't go there to work out and was only there for a short period of time.

Looking at the Lifetime video - no one else appears to have sunglasses on...only Brad Cooper.

Everyone else coming in was coming in to go workout (or whatever). He came in for just a minute.

There wouldn't be a separate bill for it though, right?

She may have been or had during the time he had the affair with Heather. She wouldn't know until he finally admitted it that she could have picked up an STD and thought she might need to be tested. Sometimes STDs don't have clear symptoms and outward symptoms. You can carry around HPV for a long while and never know.

April 15, 2008 Nancy goes to her doctor in Cary. This was for a physical (this physical included STD panel). Nancy was expecting to go back to Canada and this was her final visit with her doctor (hence get a physical and include everything).

Geez dude.
Lets use some common sense.

Right...because CPD didn't make any mistakes in this case. Some mistakes that we can look back on say would be common sense. You know, like taking pictures of scratches or examining contents of a shop vac that the suspect said he used. Yeah, let's use some common sense.

Now you use some common sense. There was nothing apparently wrong with those shoes during the first trip. They weren't covered in mud.

It likely would. Anything pathology or lab-related is usually billed separately. This would have been Cigna through Cisco at the time.

I always get a seperate bill from the lab, for anything sent out to a lab for testing when I go to the doctor.

Normally there would be a bill from the physician for the services performed in office. There could also be a bill from the lab, but if it was for a full physical I would expect that bill to contain more than just the STD test (PAP and any other similar testing).

Maybe to insurance, but usually not to an individual. I could be wrong.

Easy fellows. You are BOTH right. (in this instance) The reference was to testimony from the days prior to the 12th. They did not go very far in the comparisons (using the previous days) He said the 11th specifically.

JA Young is detailing the 3 routes he personally took to get from Cooper house to Harris Teeter on a Sat morning...to test how long each route would take at the same time (btwn 6:15am to 7am).

Cigna sent out a big "You may be billed" statement and then the doc's office would bill uncovered expenses and the lab would bill uncovered. Even if they covered all of it via insurance, they sent a statement stating that.
