O/T: There is a Frye hearing in the Casey Anthony case tomorrow.
There is a 'death band' on the hair if the person whose hair it is was deceased at the time.

Thank you!

Hi all - Hi ncsu.
Duh-uh? HOW does his (now) latest testimony (as u quoted below) follow his years-earlier affidavit and reports that Nancy apparently rang him to go BACK to stores to buy bread, milk, laundry d-tergs, juice and g-d knows what else .... around 6 am ... if they now say she was still asleep at 8am?
Sorry for jumpin in so brazenly and unannounced ... just doesn't make sense. Contrived testimony, IMO.
Polk :seeya:
I don't think that's what they're doing. I think they are showing thoroughness.
Are we finally getting to something or more "non evidence" I am trying to be patient, but it is hard with it being soooo drawn out
Where some of you see a New Orleans accent on the CCBI witness, I hear a NCarolina accent, probably from Harnet or Sampson County, or nearby to those.

JMO, but he's got a different accent from NC/country. I'm neither from N.C. originally, nor La. But I'm usually spot on with the New Orleans or apparently it's referred to as Cajun. I just *hear* something in the various vowels/drawls/etc.
When does that band occur? Is it at the time of death or duing the decomposition phase?
If I were on this jury, I'd be running from the courtroom by now, screaming and pulling my hair out by the roots. At least we can get up, walk away, get a drink, make the bed, etc.
