You know there is something missing in all this testimony. A description of Brad's clothing from the party on the 11th.

IMO, it's the defenses position there was a foxtrot charlie situation investigating/testing the house/car/garage.

Another state witness with nothing important to add. Come on prosecution...time to bring on the evidence.

Field Agent Como photographed and collected the evidence, in order for the chain of custody to be established this testimony is necessary.

HTH

Sorry..maybe OT..however THIS IS A FIRST for me...I have never ever left a live streaming trial to do something that could have waited before!! LOL..I have now swept and mopped my kitchen floor, front foyer, and bathroom floors!! Man oh man..You have to understand..that the witness and examinations are so boring to give me the initiative to do such a thing :floorlaugh:

why are they so hung up on traces of blood ?

I don't believe Nancy's COD was determined by the 16th. Testing for blood is pretty much standard operating procedure, given the COD was not known, looking for indications of a struggle via blood should be conducted.

Next up is Det Greer.

Brad had located a shovel, they had Brad show them where.

Creek bed just behind shopping center in a small wooded area.

All the defense is doing is repeating everything already done in the prosecution side of the examination. All this lack of blood evidence means pretty much nothing.

Then why did the prosecution spend all morning detailing it?

Ouchie. Underbrush and briars.

It appears the prosecution is explaining the source of scratches on Brad's legs. Nice of him.

at headquarters someone called and advised they had found female body. Short time later Greer was called to the scene.

  • #276
Asked to speak to person who found body.

Det Dismukes recieved dental records and took them to autopsy. Used observation room.

Requested rape kit hair samples, nail clippings.

Now, this is getting too hard to listen to at work. The questioner is too quiet so I turn it up, the witness is very clear, have to turn it down. Gaaa.

Compelted autopsy 12:20. ID not confirmed at that time.
COD strangulation/asphixiation. HOMICIDE.
