I thought they couldn't determine the actual date - only that it was a Tuesday (I think). Then they said it could be from the 1st, 8th, 15th....

I got it too....but for some reason, it didn't bother me as much. I think I am getting worn out with this trial already. I really don't want to stop watching because I know I'll miss the 'gotcha moment' (there will be one won't there?)
It seems to be so unorganized by way of Cummings and when the defense is up, it's all repetitious.

Kurtz making a point about Detective Greer having written a letter to Butts saying last reported sighting of NC was around 12:30. Kurtz points out Detective knew BC had reported she left for a jog. So, Kurtz's angle... Detective already formed opinion to ignore BC's report?

'Gone fishing' means that Nancy went out, had plenty of gas in her car, and left the door unlocked the previous Wed or Tues. If the door was usually unlocked, and others were welcome to come and go, it means that someone could have been lying in wait for Nancy ... after Brad and the children went to bed. It's a stretch, but it's fact that the doors could have been unlocked and some one else could have taken Nancy from the house.

The defense said they had phone records that showed it was made on Wednesday the 9th (the first was the 8th where just Clea was said).
