No evidence that points to JY - other than his shoe prints, his sweater, his hotel behavior, his motive, his post murder behavior, and so on and so forth.

Judge said you haven't heard it all. I think after this closing I HAVE heard it all!!!

After that nightmare, the pros should just quote ur post as their closing.

"Michelle was a meticulous person..." She may have been "meticulous" neat, organized, whatever. But from the other pictures taken throughout the house, there was plenty of clutter. I can't stand clutter, and Mr. Litig8r is the same, so our house stays pretty clutter-free. But, at times--our closets are the one things that can get messy. We know JY is a slob, and although Michelle may not have been a slob, I think all this "the closet has been rummaged through" is worthless... That's all he's got? Really? And ita, thanks for confirming the shoes were NOT at Goodwill. I SO hope the PT picks up on that...

Meredith said Goodwill stuff was in the garage.

Were these HLN talking heads watching the closing???

ETA: Sorry, they're on InSession.

Aha. Klink finishing by saying the physical evidence doesn't point to JY.

Oops! He just said, "this unborn child that he k... that was so viciously killed" (paraphrase).

Now back to no physical evidence.

:what:

Maybe he's throwing in an ineffective counsel bid for the appeal?

  • #367
No, just the first half. Collins still has 2 hours he can use. But I doubt he will use all of it.

It's going to take Collins at least that long to undo Klinks portion!

I think we should wait until Collins finishes his closing. He did a great closing last time. With a few glitches, I thought he did a great closing. I think he just recapped reasonable doubt.

"This case has not been properly solved." <- I absolutely agree with this statement.

I think they'll get a conviction this time and I predict by tomorrow afternoon.

10 minute recess... so the DT's close was just at an hour when they were given 3... wow!

Thanks Stella, that was what I was checking on. I missed any earlier discussion, do we have a schedule/ guess when closing will be over and the jury gets the case?
TIA

JY is looking rather shifty eyed and nervous IMHO.

Did anyone get a screen cap of his reaction to this closing? I can ONLY HOPE that the PT is ready. And awake. LDB we need YOU!!

Hard to undo what's already been done though.

TruTV commentators are still propogating the reasonable doubt line. Mike Brooks (who grates on my nerves) the Sunny lady discussing the big hand to hand combat fight that took place. Also that because MY's injuries were administered with a fist - like the defense attorney claimed - that JYs hands would be nicked or swollen, even if he had worn gardening gloves.

I kid you not. This is what they are spewing. Oh, and they mentioned "no murder weapon". Now, it seems to me I remember the ME talking about distinct "cresent shaped bruises" I know there was one on her upper arm. And the lacerations to her head? From a fist?
