Back on. What is that big piece of wood in the courtroom? Is it part of the wall from CY's bathroom?

Sorry to be a PIA :)

I am not sure about the plywood, haven't heard of it yet.

I know they took sheetrock and deck planks, not plywood though.

This might be new.

And, you aren't a PITA..you are a moon.

I would suggest going back to the WCSO testimony.
Per testimony , all exterior door and windows were locked (exception was closed garage door).

If the rear door was actually unlocked, rest assured the defense would have attacked WCSO last week on cross.

MF testifed that the Young's never locked the door from the garage leading to the kitchen, and the garage door opener was broke.

I wonder why Jason would not have smashed a window from the outside, to MAKE it look like a forced entry?

Same with the interior, throw things around, create some mess to make it look like a burglary.

It would have only taken a few seconds.

Because he ran out of time. He never anticipated the length of time it took for Michelle to die. He never anticipated being there as long as he was. He never anticipated Cassidy getting awakened, but she did and he had to deal with her.

I think Slayer thought he would use his key, come in the house, put Mr. G in another room, go upstairs, and hit here in the face totally enabling her. But Michelle fought back and she fought hard. He had to end up strangling her and then, the overkill because of his hatred and rage. Cassidy woke up, he cleaned her, gave her Pancof and Tylenol Blast so she would sleep. He then had to clean himself, get clothes out of his closet. By this time he was completed stressed and running out of time.

So, you agree Michelle fought back hard?

So, do I.......and, yet not a mark, scratch or bruise on JY's body, hands or face.........

and the wall in her bathroom  it for sure looks like she (CY) was sitting on the potty or something and rubbed her feet all over the wall etc..

I don't see a perp leaving a mess like that

:twocents:

I have a theory. At this point (and I acknowledge much more testimony is to follow, so this is preliminary), I wonder if Cassidy opened the closed master bedroom door, and entered the room after Jason had bludgeoned Michelle. He was in the closet getting new/clean clothes. Cassidy walks around MY's body, through a ton of blood with her socks on to find her daddy in the closet (remember, she had socks on when she was put to bed, per Shelly Schaad).

Jason is surprised that she's awake. She goes into her bathroom to wash up, taking a sock off on the way. Jason comes in to get her (with towel/washcloth, which is why Cassidy thinks later that MF needs to get a washcloth for mommy?), but picks her up, and she is upset about her mommy, and kicking/resisting due to what she has seen. Her little feet are hitting the wall. She or he takes the other sock off, but she still has blood on her bare feet because it soaked through. That explains both the "bloody footwear prints" as well as "bloody toe prints" on the lower part of the bathroom wall.

I just hope he didn't take her outside to the back spigot/hose to clean her off. It was cold that night. But I think he might have, based on what has been testified so far (no blood in the sink or tub). (But still, he had to have cleaned up the sink, because there must have been some blood since she had got up on the stool already.)

Then he took her upstairs, drugged her and put her into the bed, and closed the master bedroom door when he left, keeping the dog out of the room. Cassidy woke up later and went in to see her mommy, by which time the blood had dried.

I reserve the right to change my theory as more info unfolds.

In the last trial, that was pretty much the state's theory as well, but, I now think CY cleaned her own feet,
because of her footprints being on the stool at the sink.

I still cam't get past the fact her PJ's were clean from all blood.

I'd say as 'hard' as any pregnant woman who's just had her face smashed in by an object swung on her as she was sleeping. Her head bashed by a six foot something man in a rage.

As an aside, I was playing with one of my dogs not too long ago. He weighs about 100 lbs. He wasn't being rough, in the process of our play, he raised his head into my face. In other words, my face, my nose area, made contact with the boney part of his head. I saw stars, it nearly knocked me out cold. Didn't break my nose because it was a glancing blow to the nose. My face took the brunt of the hit. Again I say, I nearly knocked myself out, my head was literally swimming.

Perhaps this can give an example of a healthy woman, being hit in the face ONCE, by a moving object.

lullaby CD playing....Hmmm.

Wonder who turned that on????

  • #112
who in the heck gives the baby tylenol rapid blast? wonder if they finger printed dropper?

  • #113
He testified that the music playing in the child's room was a "lullaby type CD", but didn't we hear from Meredith that the music was set to a station that was normally not on in the house - and that was suspicious? That doesn't add up.

Blood on the step stool in the bathroom.

  • #115
Didn't we just do this??

That points to JY too. I will wait for the defense to present their side, but not looking good for him in my eyes.

So he just testified that there WAS blood on the stool in the bathroom. (I remember some speculation over the pictures otto posted a few days ago)

There is an unidentified print found, stayed tuned.

She said no such thing about a "station"
