JTF, why do you think the size 12 HP prints were left? By mistake or on purpose?

And then what about the size 10 prints. By mistake or on purpose?

Gen's testimony is so sad. Her own behaviors which she describes epitomize the abused-woman syndrome. And no one validated her, that's so sad. I am so happy she found her way away from him. Thank God.

And the words Gen used to describe her state of mind at that horrible period in her life could be used verbatim to describe MY during her last several months. LF described her daughter in much the same way. JY had finally broken both of them, but Michelle didn't have a chance to recover. Such pure hate and rage.

That may have more to do with the fact that she's been presented with this evidence about her part in the call activity that evening how many times now? I'm not trying to defend her. I just don't think he would of told her about it, at least not on Nov. 2.

I think if he didn't tell her at some point... she has her suspicions :waitasec: .

Weird as she is I don't think she cares.

I don't think she was involved, except being the cause of some of their marital problems.

Doesn't her phone records and others back up her alibi for the time of the murder anyway?

I believe feet squeezed into a size 10 on purpose, size 12 not but then it made it look like two people were involved so he had to leave them... or chose to. I mean how much trouble would it really have been to cover/smear up either size of the prints... I don't know?

I have not seen Money today, but I hear it was a repeat performance of classic sociopath behavior (no wonder she and Jay were attracted) from the last trial.

I think the 10 prints were on purpose. I think the 12's were because he put them on to leave in, but his tiny window of time got severely screwed up by his daughter, who caused him to bloody his own, real shoes. If he was in a hurry before, once she woke up he was under the gun.

ETA: really, what good are the wrong sized shoes if you don't leave prints for LE to find?

But I thought MM testified to day that MF called while she was talking to him at the hotel and he took the call and then called her back after he got through with talking to MF. Maybe I mis-understood and she said MY.

No, he said Meredith. And I listened to Meredith's earlier testimony tonite, and she said she called him after she got off work on Thurs nite around 9PM and they talked for about 15 minutes about the fight where he supposedly threw the remote control and he talked about his trip to western VA. So maybe MM thought he was at the hotel but he was still on the road. Cracker Barrel is about 90 minutes from Raleigh, and if he left just after 7, he couldn't be in Hillsville yet at 9PM, nor was he checked in by then.

He threw 'em away. Its not like he didn't have a closet full of other shoes to put on once he bloodied the 12's.

I hate to quote myself, but somebody else did it, so I'm taking that as a go ahead. What I should have said here is that sometime between bloodying the clean 12's he'd put on and getting yet another pair of shoes out of his open closet, he donated the HP's to charity.

The shoe thing is making me crazy. I remember a lot of shoe testimony in BC trial too. Anyway I tend to also think JY came into the house in the size 10 with them unlaced and stretched out. I just looked at the photos of his bare feet. Not only a black bruised toe but also what appears as indentations and blistery appearance on the side of foot. I tend to think also while cleaning himself and getting clothes from closet he put on the size 12 HP and then walked around to take care of CY. Maybe? So what do we think he had on his feet when he went downstairs?????

Oh gosh, I still remember when I got my first little transistor radio! Used to pick up WLS Chicago late at night. My husband ordered some headphones for his laptop online. You might want to look into that. Probably Amazon, they have everything. :seeya:
