My suggestion is to use two hard drive. One clean, one for your things that you don't want anyone to know about.

I have been following Jason young since first trial. I thought Cassidy was brought back to Brevard by JY sister before the funeral. Also thought the Fisher's didn't see CY for a couple of months. I am just trying to figure out when she was sent to daycare.

Sledge hammer would be my guess, or drowsing it in bleach for a few days. I can't think of another ways.

They can still recover pieces from a broken hard drive. The best bet would be the write over the entire drive with zeros. DOD standard is 7 times, but I can do it on my Mac up to 32 times. It's a very long and drawn out process, but I don't think anyone can get through it.

WELCOME!! i don't think CY was brought to Brevard til later. CY went to daycare 2 (?) days after murder.

i wish JY supporters would post here. i'd like to hear their views on the latest testimony. it seems to me that they've been pretty silent lately.

Most (not all) JY supporters here only comment to rationalize why each and every individual element presented isn't incriminating. I haven't seen anyone so far provide alternative theories, even when asked.

I like a good debate, but saying "women pull hair, therefore it had to be a woman" isn't very informative. Nor is "the murderer was probably a goth." I would LOVE to hear some plausible theories. Bring em on. But no, I am not missing the "noise".

I was wondering the same thing. She said she couldn't tell when the head trauma searches were done but the other searches for EBay , etc , she was able to produce dates.

Does that mean the EBay searches weren't deleted but the others were? :waitasec:

No they were not deleted. It was the last activity on computer prior to shut down on Nov 2.

Yep im sure! My daughter was in a situation and i got involved right off. Linda seemed to have pegged jason from day one. moo

So true ... I was with a man around the same time as MY who was so manipulative, abusive first mentally then verbally then it started to get physical but from day 1 my Mom said he is either gonna kill you or make you want to kill yourself. She was so right.... I should have listened but it took me almost two years to admit she was right and get out. He hated my mom because she pegged him from the get go and he knew it. He turned innocent things I wanted to do with her into big deals, I got very similar emails and all my Mom wanted to do was protect me and see her grandbaby which was not his ... thank God.

People finding ways to justify how a person that seemingly may be "normal" would commit murder is not new. It's a way to wrap your head around how a person could come to that point. The issue is there is no wrapping your mind around cold-blooded, premeditated murder.

I've been following this case since day one and there's been a lot of poor Jason because of Linda and I guess I am a bit sensitive and frustrated by it now.

I think in general I'm frustrated by this type of crime and sensitive to how much re-victimization there is of the murder victim and their family.

trix - For me, simply hitting the "Thanks" button was not enuff.

Thanks for those words -- she could have been my sister, my daughter, or my mommy (way back when). Let's not forget who the victims were here, folks! The jury has got to be reminded as well.
