Thanks again jrb0124.
Do you find it puzzling CY's DNA was found on that spigot near the plant bed?
Do you find it puzzling the hose was out and running in November?
I sure do.

It's not as puzzling to me as to the first question because that DNA may have gotten there beforehand. She could of been outside with mommy and touching things like the spigot.

The fact that hose was running is puzzling though. Most people don't do that.

I am sure this has been covered, but TruTV In Session dumped this case????

It appeared they never actually watched the trial to begin with. Their comments neglected to mention much of the evidence. All the previous evidence testified to by witnesses that disagreed with JLY's recorded testimony. The witness who testifed about JLY's desire for an abortion. The witness who testifed that JLY's response to Rylan's pregnancy was 'not what Michelle Young expected.' The witness who testifed that yes, JLY did state he was in love with MM. etc. :maddening:

I think maybe JY might need that cigar to smoke on to calm those nerves!!!

I believe that they knew there would be little testimony today. They will probably show it at NJ lunch time. I've literally been following this testimony and the trial.

They will probably switch between the trials next week, covering one during the lunch of the other. I hope they keep the focus on this case. We've got so much invested in it.

Can anyone hear the jury questions? Sounds like they are ready to deliberate.

One signature and no full blown custody anything would have been needed. The Fisher's would have had visitation only. The Slayer would have retained custody. He wasn't willing to do the simplest thing--allow a schedule for visitation.

What a nasty piece of work.

But thank goodness CY is in the loving care of her aunt and maternal grandmother.

I agree, he brought it upon himself. My assumption is he let his dislike/anger for MY's family get in front of what was the smart thing to do.

Now we know why the jury can't bring evidence into the jury room.

Now would be an interesting time to go to 3-B and observe the jury.

Sounds like they want to really look at the evidence!!!

  • #131
One of the questions was about the camera showing them while viewed evidence.

Head on down there JTF!!!

All MY's family wanted was to see Cy!!! JY wants people to think that they forced him into a custody case with an expensive attorney and he had no choice but to relinquish custody. Such BS. How cruel he kept CY from her grandmother and aunt after losing her mother. UNFORGIVABLE yet par for the course with JY....He only cares about himself.

It's actually the MO of just about every one of these types of cases. The fact is the child MAY NOT have even been present in the home, but can let slip little things like 'when daddy hit mommy,' and stuff like that. He KNEW CY could possibly let the wrong thing out.

Course, unbeknown to him, apparently, she'd already done that. LE knew it too! I bet MF and LF didn't even know about it, since the witnesses said they were asked by LE not to talk to anyone about it.

JMHO

Yep, Hatred of woman and love and selfishness of himself. He is the worst!

I find everything about it puzzling... but not changing the case in either direction.

It could have been left on after yardwork/etc.
It could have been touched by CY at some point that day.
It could have been used to wash off some after the murder.
Even some people leave something on to prevent freezing (not that I think that is what happened here).
One thing is certain... it does effect the water bill if nothing else.

It is not enough evidence to help either side IMO.

:ohoh:

Sorry JTF, not up to speed on JY - I popped in to BC PM and update the RA thread with a court date.

Without having gone through all of the retrial testimony, etc... I do think JY is at least involved/culpable in the homicide of MY based on the first trial.

The bitter pill, even with a conviction here, may be that JY only serves 20 more years. IMO and specific to this individual, even if is he is innocent (highly doubtful) and still convicted - he deserves at least 20 years behind bars for the way he treated MY.

TTV said that they are taping the JY trial and will show it later this morning (I think). They check in once in a while.

I completely do NOT understand why they couldn't do the reverse - tape what they're showing and show it during the 'down time' in the Young trial. They know what case their regular viewers tuned in to see. Bad truTV. Bad. Very bad. (imo)

blink....blink, blink, blink.....blink, blink.....blink, blink, blink

LOL! I've tried doing this and I tell you what, I'd have a headache if it did just what you posted more than twice in a row.
