oh my mamacita!

that does not mean that this guy didn't know what it would do to children.

I don't buy that for a second

In the opening statement, the prosecution alleges she was also given adult tylenol cold medicine. There is no evidence this man gave his child overdoses of medications that could kill her or make her very ill. Sorry, I don't buy it.

Thanks for the answers, Nurse and Mama-Cita.

I'm afraid I have more questions though - if her bloody footprints were found, surely she must have been awake after her mother was murdered?

the doll next to the body is an indication she was awake.

bbm,
like I said MyBelle, I did not follow the first trial nor follow the case... so I did not insinuate that he tried to kill his child or make her ill..

And so was unknown DNA.

Unknown DNA was found on the dropper? That's going to be a weakness in the prosecution's case.

Her little bloody footprints were all over the bathroom, even in the hallway. Someone cleaned her up, probably changed her jammies, took off her diaper, gave her the dropper full of medicine, and tucked her into bed to sleep until Auntie Emme got there. JMO

Her footprints were only in the hallway at the threshold of the bathroom door. No footprints between there and the door of the master bedroom. When found, she was wearing the same pj's that the GA friend remembered from the night before, and they weren't bloody. That's pretty impossible if she was around the body placing the doll.

The prosecution insinuated it by using the term, "overdose."

Then I'm confused. Why do you think the doll is an indication that she was awake?

It is a huge weakness among many.

She supposedly placed it there next to her mother's body on the floor.

Nursie and all our newbies to this trial, can't wait till y'all get to hear about Jason's penis tricks, and swallowing his lover's wedding ring, having sex on his couch with one of many lovers a few weeks before the murder and lots of other charming stuff that IS Jason Lynn Young

OMG wow.

That's actually not true. The dropper contained BOTH Pancol and adult Tylenol cold medication as well as Cassidy's DNA. There were NO prints on the dropper. Easily remedied by the administrator of the drugs wearing gloves. An unknown print WAS found on the cap of the tylenol. It has not been matched to anyone in this case. That print could have been old. Clearly whoemever the gave the meds wore gloves otherwise how would there have been a print on the Tylenol bottle and not the dropper?

As someone else stated, children often have duplicate pairs of the same jammies. My own children did, and my grandson's next-door do. They have numerous pairs of Star War Lego jammies, SpiderMan jammies, etc. Their favorites are always in plenty. Little girls pink jammies are often very much alike. I had three little girls, and numerous pairs of similar pink jammies. My only granddaughter's favorite color is pink, hence nearly everything she owns is *pink*.
