No blood noted on third floor.

Inside fire truck noted white female carrying a child.

Uh oh hinting at Meredith again, IMO.

Really sank in about the small bloody footprints. He has small children.
Asked Meredith if child had been cleaned. Her reply was no. Caught off guard she said no.

  • #23
No blood on C's socks, hands, clothes.

  • #24
Observed Meredith make 2 phone calls. She didn't seem to be upset.

The defense hammering on CY being clean points straight to JLY, I don't get it?
implicating MF is pathetic.

He knew it was a matter of minutes til investigators arrived, he limited his contact, This is redirect.

There in a basic security role, didn't investigate in depth.

The only thing I can think the defense atty is doing now is pointing the finger at MF. Maybe I'm biased because I just heard of that theory on this forum yesterday afternoon.

The defense must be utterly desperate if they are going to go with this ridiculous theory that MF was involved.

Defense is still trying to make it look like Meredith may have killed Michelle by asking the detective if Meredith seemed upset. Do they think the jury is too stupid to realize that Jason willing GAVE Cassidy to Meredith, to avoid having to do a deposition in the visitation lawsuit? If this is all they have then convicting Jason will be easy for the jury.

the 911 call and transcript was presented to the jury. Anyone can clearly see that MF was making a tremendous effort to keep calm because she had the child. Of course she did not get hysterical or upset as she was still holding the child when first responders came.

I would think the defense is going to lose the jury fast if they are implying any wrongdoing on MF. It seemed obvious to me during her testimony that MF is a remarkable person.

  • #36
C was in his lap. Didn't notice a large amount of blood on C. Did not inspect her hands/feet.

Gave C back to Meredith.

  • #37
Left the scene after talking to investigators, no longer needed.

Wore gloves in the house.

  • #38
Cross.

No signs C had urinated/defecated on herself.

Michelles legs looked to be tangled in comforter. BOTH legs.

  • #39
Thinks there was a small amount of blood in the bed, left side.
