Six months later, another LE interview.

Another interview April 09. Asked her to describe again, she couldn't recall after a couple years.
Oct 09 another interview, meet with prosecution then, couldn't describe
May this year, couldn't describe again.

I was late this a.m., has it been stated if Gracie is hard of hearing, wears a hearing aid, etc.? Just curious, as her speech pattern is that of someone who is extremely hard of hearing.

After working in retail for a number of years in a small town, I remember when and who was RUDE, but who came in before or after, I don't remember them. This was our own business and knew almost everyone, but the RUDE ones STAND OUT in your mind.

That was not definitive because she got his description wrong. But she did point to him in court and say he was the one who cussed her out. So... maybe?
