i could picture Just the Fax being like Matlock while on the jury. lol they BETTER sequestor him as a matter of fact they better lock him in a room and only let him out to sit in the trial. add some chains and one of those balls so he can't escape and do some research on his own.

I agree, but the sad part of it is, is that JTF would be a dayam good juror. For both sides, I'm sure -- in all seriousness. Not letting either side get away w/anything. <sigh>

He didn't wait long enough to pump the whole $20 he paid her, only got $15 and drove off.

Why wouldn't he get his change... there is NO reason IMO.

Even if his tank was full, he would have got $5. Must have been in a huge hurry at that point, and in a hornery mood.

Been reading along here the past couple of days. I followed the Cooper trial from way back in July 08 and quickly found WS then. I don't know much about this trial but am learning each day. :) I am just happy that this thread (and others on MY part of forum) are not crowded with the crazy 'he is innocent' people like on the other trial. It was annoying having to read through TONS of pages of just b.s. Much nicer environment here. I see alot of names I have 'known' from WS for a few years now.

LOL! They'll see you walk in and they'll all say in unison..."ah hell noooo. Your honor...seriously?"

:floorlaugh:

Mrs. Young, including the doll that was next to her. How incredibly sad and tragic is that. Mommy boo boos, mommy bandaids. < shaking head > I'd do the death injection myself, without hesitation.

So people that questioned BCs guilt are crazy? The BS flowed in both directions in that forum.

Did you see the close-up of Judge Stephens, grimacing at the monitor? I wonder what the jurors look like?

  • #209
I'd love a close up of Jason listening to all of this gore!!!!

He's something like 6'2" or 6'4", so that's head and shoulders above 5' or 5'2". I see that as a problem in identification. Height difference of about a foot should not be an uncertain fact.

JLY's drivers license says he is 6' 1"

gorealtor...you were correct about C's room

I will say that IMO, questioning the credibility of this mornings witness, Gracie, borders on 'unreasonable doubt'. Three days after the murder, the young lady stated 'he was tall, light haired'. She also stated he was driving a white SUV, and described the transaction for which she had a receipt. All without knowing *why* this person was wanted, what he was wanted for, who he was, etc. To denigrade her testimony five years later by locking her into the ridiculous 5'2" statement, I personally find unreasonable and totally misleading. MOO

BBM Placing the doll next to her Mommy was to make her feel better. One of the last things she would ever do to help her Mommy.

Gut-wrenching, and one of the saddest things I've ever heard. Oh, that vile, gutless man.

Is that directed at me? I didn't question her credibility. I compared the forum comments to the forum comments about RZ. Please point out where I, or anyone else for that matter, questioned her credibility or denigraded her testimony?

gracielee.....she didn't actually describe JLY as "tall/ blondish hair" on 11-5-06......that was in a late November 2006 (Blackwell), or even a 2007 interview (Spivey).

No that wasn't directed at you. I was merely pointing out the continual usage of 5'2" or just over five feet tall is ridiculous IMO. I believe it was otto who read those comments and then posted 'gracie's testimony was worthless' words to that effect. Continuing to put forth a mis-stating of testimony causes people to take it for fact. Much like the 'no footprints in the snow around the Ramsey house', when there was no snow on any of the sidewalks around the Ramsey house to begin with. When it comes to cases like this, any little rumor or innuendo becomes fact after it's repeated a couple times IMO. MOO MOO MOO

Thanks, I stand corrected on that.
