It is 3837 Wake Forest Rd. I have not kept up with your postings. Does that help you?

Prosecution plans 6 additional witnesses.

  • #203
6 more witnesses for the State - possibly rest on Monday.

That was a smart move by the prosecution to go back to the day he attacked her and have her state again that the attack took place ON A BED. Sound familiar? I didn't catch the similarity until the second time around, so I hope that stuck with the jury as well.

Have no idea why he would have driven all the way East to Wake Forest Rd. if he was heading West to Greensboro?

I hate driving in Raleigh (the big city:innocent: ) and I could end up just about anywhere except exactly where I was planning to be. It is like a maze to me inside the beltline.

I cannot imagine why this obviously attractive woman would ever want that ring back, let alone would ever deign to see JLY again after his attack. Do these women have no self-esteem?

We also need the newspaper delivery guy.

There's got to be a computer forensic witness too.

I forgot about the newspaper delivery guy and the computer forensics.....hmmmm...maybe no Linda Fisher? Or no preschool teacher? Guess we'll all find out tomorrow....thanks for "watching with me" today...

Guess we know now why the defense had some kittens on this one.

A history of violence ON A BED - imagine that. :loser:

Me either, GL. Even Western BLVd would be out of his way from where they lived.

In no particular order:

- Spivey (for sure)
- Newspaper delivery guy
- Computer forensic person (I think for sure)

and the other 3...who knows.

  • #217
I would hope Spivey ties this up and clears up the loose ends.

Yes, it shows history of violence when confronted by females. I would have loved to see the birth of those kittens in the courtroom. LOL

Do we know if Fiona has anything new to say, or would she just be another witness to prove he is a jerk? If that's all she'd testify to, I don't think we'll see her. The prosecution has proved its point in that department.

That's because there is no rhyme nor reason to Raleigh's streets. :banghead: We moved down here from Milwaukee. All the street's there have either a name or a number. So if you want to go from 62nd & Lincoln Ave. to 98th & lincoln, you know you need to drive towards 63rd. street. If you happen to hit 61st. street instead, you know you need to turn around and go in the opposite direction. :great: All the named streets have address in the hundreds. If you're at 6000 north 81st, and you need to be at 3800, you know you need to head south. I know, sounds complicated, but one could find ones way around pretty easily. Here, Raleigh, no rhyme or reason. :rocker: I can get around the area's of Raleigh I was familiar with, mostly the north, north west, north central. And from Hillsborough street north. South Raleigh, I'm completely lost. And the longer we live out here in the country now, the more we forget how to get around raleigh again. We've been out of the city for four plus years now, only go back for doctors appointments and such. :seeya: Way too much traffic. When we first moved to Raleigh, Six Forks Rd. & Wake Forest Rds were two lanes. :waitasec:
