Sorry, missed the beginning, got a phone call.
Ahh, Mrs. Young said he was such an imp!

He made fun of her knees that knocked because of operation. He teased his sisters and she told them it was because he loved them.

when he was in Jr. hi, he mooned his grandmother. Hahah! NOT! She thought it was so funny and it was his biggest ha-ha.

Oh, grandmother kept his note he wrote to her on toilet paper.

He played t ball, went camping, did very well in school. Became rebellious in 7th grade, got grounded and wouldn't do tests at end of year. He realized that was a mistake afterwards. She was a teacher in school they went to in elementary

Decision about college. Went to NC State, worked his way through, basically.

She recalls about hearing about Michelle Fischer after he graduated. He told her he had found a girl, he was working and lived at home. Went to see her on weekends and he brought her home to meet her. She liked her, they both enjoyed cooking. Michelle told her about her growing up years. Mrs thought they had a good relationship. She tried to make favorite dishes, including banana pudding, choc milk, etc.....MY wanted to grow a vege garden and asked Mrs. for advice. Brought samples for mom to help pick out colors for dining room. Took walks with C and MY. Sept or Oct, they filled their car with some plant and planted around their house. Michelle liked them. Michelle was wonderful mother, made cakes, and had them over for bday party, very great organizer, she liked pretty things, liked to go shopping. Especially a good mother.

Jason's relationship with Michelle, she thought he loved her very much. Yes they argued some but she hasn't seen anyone who doesn't argue. They'd argue some then be over it. They were both stubborn. J told her M and he moved in together. She did not approve of that. and it happened and move on. She learned M was pregnant and J called and told her. He said they were getting married and she asked if M pregnant, he said yes. she asked him if he loved her, he said yes and she was happy for them. Michelle was excited about being pregnant. J didn't talk to her about pressure to get married.

She recalls their wedding. She needed knee surgery and had to get shots so she could make it through. It was in Raleigh. Approach the witness..........handing def ex 97 and does she recognize. Photos of J&M's wedding. That is what they looked like at their wedding. Showing jury each photo and how happy they were. Picture of them looking at each other at wedding. What does it say, "this is J and M looking at each other" can't recall if before or after ceremony. Next, Mr. Garrsion, dog, ringbearer and picture of them with him or whatever. ahhhh................J found him a stray puppy and brought him home. next, Mr. garrison giving M a kiss on neck........cute!.......more pictures of dog with the happy couple. Picture of J&M she kept in her room, after the wedding. Sound is bad! :( More pictures, etc.

Always aggravating and teasing the girls (sisters) ... made them really angry.

  • #106
WOW. She did not tell him those things were cruel.

JLY, grinning like a little boy, listeniing to his momma talking about him. Mooning his grandma. Grandma thought it was delightful. What a stinker. So his boorish behaviors were encouraged at home.

Just a practical joker

Mooned his grandmother and they all thought it was SOOO funny. "Jason's greatest delight" that his grandmother "nearly passed out."

If I had mooned my grandmother, I would not have been able to sit down for a long time.

Some families simply have a wilder sense of humor...I see nothing wrong with it. Let's keep from flaming JY's mom for now...

If she "loved" Michelle so much and Michelle was such a wonderful person, then explain why she cut out Michelle's mom & sis from little C's life???

I really hope the prosecution presses her on this.

I would love to hear her explain that, Madeline.

In the context of wetting ones self in a persons living room in front of other people, then showering and plopping down on a couch buck nekkid infront of the same people - I don't see that as simply a wild sense of humor. If those in Brevard thought it was funny, it explains some things.

I understand why people are upset with JY's mom about visitation of the minor child, but we've only heard one side of that story thus far. Other than that, why are people bashing this witness.

Maybe it's my southern roots and respecting elders, but I don't feel his mother should be vilified. I see no reason for it...at least not yet.

Notice her big smile, no catch in her voice, no pause at the fact that Michelle is *dead*. Her little boy is still *alive*, she shows no sadness that Michelle 'isn't'. MOO

But she isn't testifiying to any of that behavior....

For me, it's the fact that she showed no sadness after michelle's murder, and whooshed cy away immediately afterwards. And listening to the 'most wanted' phone call. And that she had no empathy for Linda and Meredith, no understanding of how important CY was to them after losing Michelle. :(

She's making a big deal out of the fact that Jason was present for the birth. It seems to me that it's standard practice for the father to be present these days.
