I'm sorry. I'm not bashing the witness, but I can't imagine testifying at a murder trial and smiling. Just seems a little inappropriate. I know she's trying to portray J all sweet and happy, but....................

Our eldest daughter lost her significant other about five years ago. It was a sudden, tragic stroke, much like Clarence Clemmons. They had been together over 15 years, we all loved him dearly. And to this day we tear up upon seeing his picture, or when we reminisce about him. We might tell funny stories/memories of him, but we still shed a few tears through our smiles/laughter. And he wasn't brutally murdered. Some of us here on WS 'tear up' over these deaths.
