State Wants Evidence From Casey's Defense Team

Seems each side is suppose ti give evidence withen 15 days of having it. I didnt' know that.

Alittle bit off topic but I think Muzikman may apreciate it. While reading all the post a song came to mind that I could see Defense singing as they enter court so gracefully. It is the Peter Gabriel song empahsis on the last two verses. "Sledgehammer" "We'll go dancing in" "I will show for you and you show for me " is a bit of it~ Back to business. ~<3~

They can't do it, anyway. Kobi is busy doing talk shows, where he contradicts himself on the evidence in different cases. Dr. Lee is taking English classes.

Finally! Yes! :crazy: I had a feeling when the defense was screaming out Casey's innocence that this was going to come up. And to add to it, now that they pretty much put a gag in DC's mouth in the ZFG civil case will they now say that Cindy, George, Lee, or DC were the one to move the remains? I have always felt that the last straw for the defense was going to be to throw Cindy under the bus because she is the only other person who they could claim had a motive to kill Caylee and portray to be the so called "Nanny". Remember, the only person who claims they saw Casey and Caylee together before Caylee went missing was George. And we all know how their stories change to their convenience. Casey did claim the last time she saw Caylee was June 9th and it was not found out until later that it was June 15 father's day. Just my theory, I eagerly await what they have up their sleeve.

My first thought on hearing about this motion..............the defense will respond saying, "We're busy trying to make up a story about that right now! As soon as we can come up with something that sounds plausable, we'll provide the prosecution with a copy."

Don't they know there is a shortage of screen writers in Hollywood and it is taking some time to get this one into a final draft? Todd and Larry are on it.

I know! It's as someone posted the other day - there are so many other cases that have come and gone in much less time with much less evidence...why is this case seemingly so different? I'm waiting for the defense to refuse to provide discovery because it might convict Casey lol. I don't understand it at all. I love Judge Strickland, but what's with the delays and the bending over backwards for teaching schedules and unprofessionalism?

Well, it's about darn time! I am soooo glad that the SA finally decided to put JB and Co. to the task of proving what they say! JB has been spouting from the beginning that they were going to tell this story that would make us all understand but he could only tell it in court at trial, which I STILL don't understand!
