It upset me that Susan was to set goals and a timetable for JP. That's an ultimatium...not compromise and negotiation in a marital dispute. You can't make someone do something they don't want to...so Susan should/could have set a timeline and an ultimatium upon herself, but not realistically JP. imo

That sounds right to me. I can see a counselor discussing with them what they each wanted, and if Susan said she wanted JP to be more involved in the church, then the counselor would turn to him and ask his response. If he said no, I doubt the counselor would then push for it. If, however, he said he would be willing to "try" or something, then the counselor might turn back to Susan and ask if she could live with that, and if perhaps trying it "over time" might make sense. Thus, potentially, the "goals", which might not have been the term used by the counselor, but by Susan.

This is all speculation, obviously, and someone out there knows what was actually said (in addition to JP). If I were LE I would want to know more about it.

Chantry: An endowment for the maintenance of a priest to sing a daily mass for the souls of specified people.

(In this case...EWWWW!)

Can't buy the carpet being stained with blood. Not that large of an area. Josh's you know what would have been hauled down town on the spot.

My guess is vomit or...well, some other bodily function. Or a combination of the two.

Just going to post what was discussed very early on by the woman, JoVonna who had pancake dinner with them. This was during a JVM interview with her, iirc.

I had not thought of that! The Chantrey website as a front to sell kiddie 🤬🤬🤬🤬! I hope LE is checking every bit of traffic that purchased anything through that website.

It would be a quick tell, imo...not many buyers for his music!

This case was just on Nightline here. Part of an interview SP gave where he spoke of his 'interactions' with Susan. How sick is this and how JP just brushed it off when asked about it. What father could say stuff like this in an interview and what son would not think anything of it????? Sick. Some ego SP has and some kind of weird trust thing that JP has of him all the while this poor woman is missing. Sick.IMO.

Does he have to have the whole 200k to bail out or just a percentage?

Here's my take (FWIW) on Steven Powell's comments re: he and Susan. If (even with his ego aside) he can openly talk in front of the cameras as he did about thier "mutual" sexual flirtation, it makes me wonder what worse things he must have done in the past, recent or otherwise. I get the impression that he finds these things trivial and acceptable. What darker secrets could he be hiding if lusting for your DIL now seems quite mundane and natural. anyone get what I'm trying to spit out here?

Its a cash bond so he has to have the full amount.

Let's just hope ol' Lenny isn't gearing up for a trip to Washington now that Susan's case is growing some legs.. I don't think his adult cling-on dysfunctional offspring living on his dime can come up with the cash.

This article says SP was a delivery driver for Washinton State Correctional...I thought he was listed online as in sales? Hmmm

Should Powell, who was fired from his job at the Washington Department of Corrections as a delivery driver after his arrest, make bail, a judge ordered that he cannot go outside the Seattle and Puyallup areas, cannot have contact with the alleged victims or come within 1,000 feet of their residence. He will also be prohibited from having any contact at all with children 18 and under and must stay away from schools and playgrounds.

I'm willing to bet that Steven Powell augmented his income by doing favor's maybe for inmates?

Hmm. Yes, he is listed as being a sales rep. Is it possible he was demoted recently? Or do the sales reps also make their own deliveries? Or is this an error?

Well, if he actually was loading and delivering the goods, I guess it is possible he was smuggling contraband.

Sales reps often make the deliveries, depends on the business and the size of the area and company.

It's says he was listed as a delivery driver "after" his arrest so maybe he was demoted then fired? Got me.

Oh, not the sales rep I had that was named SP, didn't drive a truck and deliver product. He struted around from what I remember and mainly I remember telling the owner I couldn't stand him...he liked him. Wonder why I left?

Would he be required to keep track of the miles put on his vehicle for reimbursement or tax purposes? Could there be unexplained miles (like to Utah) that were not job related?

I'm not so sure that is what it says. It is a clumsy sentence.

"Should Powell, who was fired from his job at the Washington Department of Corrections as a delivery driver after his arrest..."

It says he was fired after his arrest. From his job as a delivery driver. But we checked the website for his job pretty recently and he was still listed as a sales rep. So, was he demoted recently? Or is it an error?

This is the county SP repped. He is no longer listed as a sales rep. Oops. That was fast!

Yep I bet they couldn't wait! I'm borrowing poster DumDum's signature line but I have a message for Josh and Steve...

"And you may be sure that your sin will find you out."
Numbers 32:23

It's just a matter of time before SP turns on JP, if for nothing else, SP will not enjoy the prison general population and that's definitely where he's going with those charges! Also can you imagine JP in prison in gen population?? He is going to suffer...

Wouldn't he use a government car?
