As far as the affidavit, it doesn't tell us anything except ST is convinced that SA killed TH and the Rav4 never left the ASY. I think what he meant by being on property was other than dropping off and picking BT up.

And 11 years after the crime and ST had been married to BT for quite some time. As I said above, IMO BT knows exactly what happened to TH and knows SA is responsible. And small town, no telling what the history is between Rahmlow and Tadych. Or maybe he thinks Rahmlow is making it up after all these years.

Ok, well all this stuff you are making up in your head doesn’t really further support your claims. It just proves that there is no factual basis behind your theories.

You mean like Zellner's "facts" that Bobby went into Avery's trailer on 11/3 and collected blood from the sink and planted it in the Rav4 ? Or do you mean Zellner's "facts" that Bobby followed TH out of ASY for a photo of his Blazer so he could attack her on Kuss Road ? Or do you mean Zellner's "facts" that Bobby killed TH in the Dassey garage and cut her up like a deer ? Or Zellner's "facts" there is no way SA could have left blood by the ignition switch in the Rav4 ?

All of the "truthers" are the same and Zellner's "facts" are highly entertaining. The FACTS are that SA/BD are in prison where they belong and they ain't getting out anytime soon if at all.

FACT - Brendan actually told his Mom that he and Steven did something to Teresa. Cops must have made him lose all that weight after 10/31/05, get depressed, cry a lot, and have his behavior prompt KA to go to the school counselor. All over a supposed girlfriend LOL.

He lied about seeing Andrew Colborn who was off that day. And there is ZERO proof that it was TH's vehicle.
And if he was that sure, why didn't he go back and check the license plate ? We're talking a short distance from the Old Dam to the Cenex station.

Let's take Colborn out of the equation for a second, and even Rahmlow out of it. If a citizen sees a missing persons flyer at a gas station, and also see's a LE officer at the gas station, tells that LE officer about a vehicle that matched the description, is it then up to the citizen to go back and check? or would it be up to the LE officer to maybe take a quick drive over there and make a quick report/note about it? I mean, that is their job right?

I am having a hard time understanding how Rahmlow's bankruptcy or bankruptcies had anything to do with him sending a text to ST after watching MaM. He was clearly trying to get in touch with Brendan's lawyers, not even Steven's IIRC. He didn't appear in MaM2 that I saw (I haven't watched the last few episodes though), but even if he did, I doubt he made any money from it, and I highly doubt he was paid for his affidavit, I am just guessing, but I think that would be illegal, and no matter what you think of Zellner, I don't think she's willing to put her livelihood and reputation on the line for Avery. JMO

ST/BT paid $195K for their home in 2007 and filed a Chapter 13 bankruptcy in 2010 to protect their home from foreclosure. Under Chapter 13, some of the Tadych debts would probably have been discharged and some reduced in accordance with a new payment plan. ST also filed a Chapter 7 bankruptcy in 2003 with all of his debts discharged in 2004. Due to ST having bad credit, BT most likely bought the house in 2007 and put it in both of their names. She may have put as little as 5% down.

Nothing initially ... but in 2016 Kevin was broke and brought it up after seeing MaM. Rahmlow filed bankruptcy in 2016 - if you believe Zellners' fairy tales, you can certainly believe how Rahmlow might be paid for his affidavit.
