Keeping up with everything that is going on the news this week has been almost like work.

I think he knew something was going to happen. One of Susan's friends was there during the day. JP made Susan , I think pancake and eggs, and it took him several hours to do that. ( probably had to mix the poison up in it) Gives Susan a blanket because she is cold. Behaving like the good husband. Susan felt ill so decided to lie down.

He takes the boys sledding. Then comes back to see if whatever he had put in her food worked. Has to clean a mess, possibly vomit. Then we are supposed to believe he went camping to make smores where he had less amenities than at home. Yeah right.

And one other thing it was reported Josh didn't allow Susan to use the computer. Why? Could it be because the rotten apple didn't fall far from the tree.

Definitely a team effort here.

I was thinking about how Tim Peterson had stated about her not being allowed on the puter last night too after SP's arrest.

I had forgotten about the blanket and Susan being cold. Could heart medication or any other make her feel cold? Was SP on any kind of heart meds?

Okay, so why would the first 14 counts list the actual dates of the offenses, while the 15th lists the day it was found?

And I'm assuming that 15th one is probably someone he doesn't know - something he downloaded off the Internet?

In those charging documents it says it is a homicide investigation. That was no mistake made by the sheriff in his press release like he claimed. That is sworn testimony before a Judge.

Because it's a possession charge. That's the day he was found in possession of the KP. The other charges are active voyeurism charges, so the relevant dates are the dates of the voyeuristic activities.

Not clear whether the KP is someone he knew or not. I hope it's not, for God's sake.

I feel so bad for Susan . Imagine having a father in law taping you like that ? making passes at you ? Sexual comments .
The man has no personal boundries . Children , relatives ..I don't think we will ever know the extent that he took his sickness to with Susan.

Some of the pictures found were neighborhood kids in their own bathrooms. This man has NO conscience.

I personally think that since during the first search warrant they missed the locked cabinet, he thought that they would never come back. What reason would they come back. He thought he was safe, and he was careless and "invincible". I am SO very thankful that they served the second warrant.

I'm not an attorney or a cop so this is only my opinion. I'm thinking that after the search warrant and items collected they happened to see one photo and stopped going through it because they thought there might be a different crime involved. They had to go to a Judge and get another search warrant in order to finish viewing the remainder of the items. this was done.

I was thinking that maybe SP could get off and these items thrown out because the search warrant only stipulated it had to do with Susan Powell only. The cops did what they were suppose to do. THANK GOODNESS, now SP attorney cannot get these charges thrown out on a bad search.

I know there is protocal in every situation involving kids, but common sense says they should be on the way to the Cox's right now while this is all figured out, and not to a random foster home. That's too scary for little people. They need familiarity and security.

So, the voyeur pictures - are they technically not considered "" because they are not of children engaging in sexual acts?

And how does something like this work? Can they charge him for every picture that he took? Or, if he, say, took 75 pictures in one sitting, does that count as one charge?

It would seem that this will be the proverbial tip of the iceberg. If he has this, I bet he has others.

Make a deal, Steve! The world needs your music! Don't spend the rest of your life in prison! Tell those Nazis at WVPD what you know, and maybe you can get out of prison with still enough time in your life to cut another album or two.
