I believe she IS a flight risk............that family has NO MONEY up on that bond. They have a few thousand they could lose on the other charges, but SOMEONE else is on the hook for the big money. That is why LP had someone with her at all times. They could ALL leave.

As for suicide, not until all avenues are closed. That is when narcissistic sociopaths check out and many times take others with them.

I'm not sure it would even matter if her family did have money on that bond. It's not like she hasn't stolen from them before. I think she'd run in a heartbeat without one second of remorse. About suicide, I think you're right on the money....Hope she's watched carefully when justice closes in.

She obviously cannot take care of herself moneywise and I do not think she is a suicide risk because she thinks she is all that imo. She does not seem to have any remorse after ssing the pic with "media" folder I think she is is just trying to get attention.

I wish they would/could revoke bond, this is just sickening.

I agree!!IMO her parents or brother would even help, and then of course LIE about it. I think she's too wrapped in herself to commit suicide, If she thought it would benefit her, and hurt someone else, then maybe.....:chicken:

I don't see KC commiting suicide. She certainly isn't depressed. She thinks she still holds the key and she is the only one who has the answers.
In my opinion yes, she is a flight risk! She is one manipulative person. Among other things. I wouldn't trust her as far as I could push her. She is aggressive, manipulative, and has a short fuse. This could be dangerous to the ones that are with her, babysitting her while she is out searching.
I would never want the responsibility of keeping up with her on her private searches.

I think she is a flight risk...During the CA interview she states that she & GA have the bond money raised but are leaving her in jail for safety..a week or so later LP and his nephew post the bond without using the A's money..were is that money? What have they used it for? What other assets do they have? 401k's..IRA's? College account for Caylee? It would not take much to try and get her out of the country..say to Mexico..A few grand would get her there..

I used to believe she would not commit suicide....but as more is spilled and her walls close in...Tim is on her trail....Lee had to take a DNA ....her idiot attorney acts like a baboon in court...and she looks less smug then in the begining I think suicide is a big possiblity now...after all she has torn some pages from Melinda Duckett's mysetery all ready....I just don't think shes woman enough to blow her head off. She'll go the easy way with pills or such...she's to pretty to shot herself in the head!:boohoo:

I don't think she'd pull either stunt. I still think she believes she will win. Where did I read something about her "laughing at possible murder charges?" I think she's full enough of herself to think she can scam her way out of this too, just like everything else.

It was said in court today by the home confinement officer that the ankle monitor just shows when KC leaves and comes home, the officer can check it to make sure she leaves and is home when she is supposed to ..it is not a GPS ankle moniter..it does not track her every move

I do think she is a flight risk. I didn't think so before but now that the GJ is meeting, I think she will run. I wouldn't be surprised to find certain people encourage it either. It does not matter she can't take care of herself from a money stand point. She hasn't worked in 2 yrs but she sure did manage. KC knows how to get a mans attention. She knows most men will give her a meal and put her up for the night to get what they want. That does not bother her. And yes, she does want attention. She aint gonna get it in the slammer but she sure would get it if there were to be a nation wide man hunt for her. Kill herself, ah no, not a serious attempt anyway. She might try "something" to land her in a psych ward a few days but that's all. Wouldn't be surprised to hear some encourage her to do that either. She belongs back in jail NOW. :behindbar

I think she is a flight risk as soon as she figures out she isn't getting away with whatever she did. I don't think she is at that point yet, she probably feels that her lawyer will get her off.

Maybe she should watch the video of her hearing this morning.

I have never thought she was close to being a candidate for suicide until the present time. I don't know how seriously she and her counsel take the word that a GJ is convening next week. If they take the potential for a GJ indictment seriously [as they should], she'll try to flee first. If that doesn't work out for her, she'll turn to suicide thoughts after a GJ indictment is handed down, which thoughts I'd expect will continue to grow/vary in intensity as the charges progress to trial...penalty phase...and so forth.

Her ankle monitor only shows that she is within her home, or if she leaves the home.
It doesn't have a GPS system.

It was discussed in court today if her ankle monitor had a GPS on it. It was stated that it didn't. It only works in her house areas. She calls and gets permission to go to the attorney, etc.

That made me wonder if she is leaving Baez's office secretly and doing something else all those hours she is supposed to be there. I am sure there is a way she could slip out. I do not trust her or him for some reason.
