Sulmarie Ortiz, of the 1300 block of North Second Street,Philadelphia, was last seen Dec 4, on the playground of the John Moffet Elementary School at Howard and Oxford streets in North Philadelphia.
On Jan 4, 1990 the bludgeoned body of 12-year-old #SulmarieOrtez was found in the Newtonville section of Buena Vista #NJ off US-322 that's 34mi outside of Atlantic City. She was a 5th-grader last known to be in the school yard outside John Moffett Elementary School on the morning of Dec 4, 1989 but she never made it inside. No suspects have ever been named in 12-year-old Sulmarie's abduction-murder.
