Hi! I am in search of some resources to help me figure out how to help law enforcement to solve some cold cases/suspected serial killer in Oklahoma.

I am JUST starting my journey with this and am just now compiling my evidence, timeline, victim, etc. binder.

I will take any and all help I can, thank you.

Why don't you start with letting us know who the victims are that you are concerned about? We have some very good researchers.
