Not sure how Texas works but in Iowa it can not be sold with out Suzanne signature. (Dower rights) She would need to be declared legal dead and then her estate could sign it. To pertect it from foreclosure and it would be smart to rent it to at least pay the insurance & taxes. It's messy. Hoping the kids end up with the equity because Brad's never going to see the light of day again. On the Bexar deed records it shows in 2022 a Release of Deed of Trust to BS and Suzanne from the bank for the house, and that's usually when the loan is satisfied or paid off, right?
Brads siblings are rocks stars. Many things in that house should be kept for them.
