I cannot find those exact words in a hearing. In this hearing they come the closest. Technically it was Todd and Andrea, but the Casey Anthony defense team, regardless. I believe where Brad is referring to is IN THE DOCUMENTS THEY PRESENTED TO THE COURT...THEY CLAIM THINGS THAT ARE NOT TRUE, IHO.

Andrea had claimed that the Anthonys were asserting conflict, she told the judge they received it by e mail. Brad says no.

I wish Mark never even allowed Brad to view the records. No good deed has gone unpunished in this case, just ask Roy! He is right, the defense effectively gave him no choice as now he is a potential witness as to the facts around those records.

Just by the questions they were asking, it is apparent, imo, that they heard on the Joe Jordan tape something about photos, or very frank descriptions of Caylee's remains being discusses by Mort. When we look back at how hard the state fought trying to fend off just this very type of thing, boy were they ever spot on. What are the chances that on one case, not one but two defense investigators are under investigation for wrongdoing? Now what are the chances that the defense lawyers are unaware of their practices? I don't know a nice way to say it. There are no coincidences in criminal law. Jeremy and Mort didn't both go rogue on the defense.....not both of them!!!

So what did Jose and Cheney know and when did they know it, and did they instruct it is what I want to know.

Re the portion you bolded above. I now believe they're misrepresenting what Dr Spitz may have said as well. A few weeks ago we had the breaking news that he had uncovered the skull mud missed by Dr G.
Really? From likely an ICU bed, Dr Spitz is suddenly dropping bombshells. BS I say.

I'm woefully behind in this thread, but have questions I hope someone can answer...............

As I see it, we've got possible charges of tampering (evidence tampering and witness tampering) and the probability of manufactured evidence (LB's document).

How will this affect the upcoming trial? That trial is now only a little more than three months out. Obviously there's an ongoing investigation involving a number of people.

Will this situation be addressed prior to the trial?

If guilty of tampering would JB be removed as defense attorney?

This is being termed a parallel investigation. Is this going to be held until after the trial, and become a separate case? If so, since it pertains to tampering with evidence in regards to the Anthony case, is this grounds for a later appeal?

Is there a possibility the trial would be delayed until this investigation is concluded?

I remember Diana Tennis telling the court, look the Anthonys can waive their confidentiality agreement and he will answer any question posed to him. I always wanted a reporter to ask mom and pop...you claim you want the truth, let Dom tell it, what gives?

Later in the hearing, Brad rolls up and lets the judge know that what Baez just claimed is NOT CORRECT, his clients assert no such thing! So , it turns out this is one of two, that we know of, times that Jose has went around the lawyer for mom and pop to get what he wants from them!

Boy, oh boy...what a tangled web of lies...I also believe this is why MN stated, he would not lift a finger to help his clients daughter, when he was their attorney. I'm betting, Baez approached him as well to help clear ICA..

I'm at a loss at why anyone would put their professions on the line? What is it about ICA that people seem to be loosing their brains? Why would anyone cross that line...this is beyond pathetic.

I also wonder why His Honor is allowing this to continue? Why doesn't he have Baez replaced to save this trial? I wonder if the Florida Bar is aware of his shenannigans..this is a simple case of filicide, why it's turned into this "high profile" case, is due to Baez and the Anthony's...they have tried their darnest to tarnish this trial, RK, the volunteers and the most important person, Caylee Marie. What good does this do but show the true colors of this defense team and the lengths they will go to for a WIN! Nevermind justice or the fact that this prisoner broke the law in the most horrenous of actions, why would anyone want this person to not face justice or blame innocents as the culprit is beyond my thought process.

I believe by the time this trial is done, Baez will need an attorney for himself for his heading for disbarrment...which will probably be a good thing for the justice system for Baez is not holding up to his "officer of the court" standards and ethics...I've said it a thousand times, he hasn't learned a thing...he continues on like a rogue attorney who is really against the laws of his state and will do whatever it takes to get this trial as a win for himself. I also believe he's using this trial and ICA as a stepping stone to becoming a dp qualified attorney. The best is, he's just done himself in...as the infamous words of TM, whoever gets involved with the Anthony's gets body slammed, only he body slammed himself by being slimy....:maddening:

I just realized something...the above transcript has a case number 10-86155all it's own and is associated with case number 08-74777...so to me that is very telling. I wonder if this new parallel investigation will be brought before a Grand Jury for them to decide if charges get placed on those involved in this tampering allegations..JMHO
