Ha! If I were LE...I would be getting another SW for those phone records since they already have DC's. No wait needed.

To make a statement like that, BC may as well have said..."The records will show he was talking to my clients, but they only placed the call and it was really XXXX on the other end.".

The A's have been saying that from "day one". We were supposed to hear the entire story along time ago. You know, the one that was supposed to prove KC was "mother of the year". Why later on? Why the wait? Why not tell now?

Casey did not know she would have 31 days. She was worried about getting caught at the time....she hid stuff fast. She was not thinking about anything but getting rid of things quickly. IMO The house was familiar to her. Probably hung out there before and knew she would not get caught being there. Safer than trying to throw something in a dumpster was what she was thinking. I bet that the house is so close to the A's it pings off the same tower.....could even be the murder scene.

LOL There are many "entire" stories they have which may or may not have any truth to them. To wait until they hear the truthful stories come out in public gives them a little better shot at making the one they finally stick with more believable. The longer they wait...the more time they have to "craft" to make their story fit somewhere in between.

The truth doesn't appear to be something they are very good working with on so many levels. As Cindy has said, "It is not illegal to lie.".

CA said all KC's phone records were wrong and left a lot of calls out. So what does she hope to prove with her phone records? You can't trust them anyway ,according to CA.

It seems to me that KC was in control of when, or if, Caylee would be declared officially missing. It was the stinky car discovery that took that control away from her. Even then she wanted to maintain that Caylee was alive. Cindy forced the issue by calling 911. It was only then that Caylee was regarded as truly missing. It was only then that child's clothing in a dumpster would be considered suspicious. But of course at that time, clothing would have been deep in a landfill.

I have a few questions about this tape:

1. Did anyone notice that the person is wearing different clothes in these clips? Bluejeans in one, dress pants in another.

2. The other PI said he "snuck up on him" to film this. He looked like he was right beside him while he was digging at the building by the camera angle.

3. Why was this presented in this way? The clip starts out at 9:15 am. It plays for about a min. then jumps to 9:38 am and plays for a min or so. Then jumps to 7:50 am ?? Different clothes?? Then goes to 8:00am, then to 8:16am then back to 9:15am, etc.

4. Who was the man in the jeans?

5. What is on the rest of the tape?

Because the parts of the tape that we have seen were shot on two different days, Nov. 15th, and Nov. 16th.
I assume the lapses in time you mentioned mean that Hoover stopped recording at certain times and then resumed recording.

Truthseeker it would be interesting to see if you could match up the clothes DC is wearing to the ones he was wearing at the KFN event......wasn't the KFN meet and greet on Nov. 15th?

Exactly how has the defense been tripping over this tape? It makes NO difference if they saw the tape the same day it was taken, or the next day or the day after that, or if they watched it every single on a 24 hour loop. Unless they have direct evidence that Casey Anthony led them to the exact spot where the body was found, the tape is meaningless as proof or evidence of anything.

So what if it was Lee Anthony on the phone? Obviously, the tape doesn't show the PI finding a body. All that tape proves is that he was on the phone with someone, he could claim that if it was LA, they were talking about football and there is NOTHING on that tape to contradict that.

What surprises me is why anyone would let a sleazebag like Hoover pull the wool over her eyes. This tape is worthless as evidence.

You know, it is possible that the Anthonys received a tip from a psychic, had a hunch from speaking to Casey or received info from one of Casey's friends. Cindy Anthony said that until she was given uncontravertible proof that her granddaughter was dead, she would continue to believe her alive. Now what is wrong with that? If it was my granddaughter or my any of my children, I would have trouble believing that he/she was dead until I saw the body and I would not believe myself that any of my children could commit a crime like this. Why shouldn't the Anthonys support and defend their daughter? I would support and defend my children, wouldn't you?

Yes. Very spooky, isn't it? It was posted on my forum, as well. I find it very disturbing. My question is....does anybody know if they used the word "HOLT" to describe that area prior? Such as the teens saying..."let's go down to holt "? Because if that was a clue...and indeed it certainly sounds it...then I have to say she is extremely and MUCH MORE crafty than I ever gave her credit and if Lee picked up on that...in the conversation...then he is just as crafty. Nope.. she is saying HOME. Sounds like her sinuses are clogged up, some other words come out funny sounding too.
Yesterday everyone was agreeing that she said HOPE. Now it's something else. Can't anybody make up their mind??
That visit was way back in July... how come Lee didn't go and find the body then? Seems to me it would have been much easier to find back then.

Not Bev but I just wanted to say I agree with you. If my child was a 22yo adult knowing perfectly well what they did was wrong, I could not defend them. That doesnt mean I dont still love them. I just couldnt/wouldnt go to the lengths that the A's have to defend my child. JMO

However, the prohibition of this section shall not apply when the client for whom the information was acquired, or the client's lawful representative, has alleged a violation of this chapter by the licensee, licensed agency, or any employee, or when the prior written consent of the client to divulge or release such information has been obtained.

(2) Nothing in this section shall be construed to deny access to any business or operational records, except as specified in subsection (1), by an authorized representative of the department engaged in an official investigation, inspection, or inquiry pursuant to the regulatory duty and investigative authority of this chapter.

(3) Any licensee or employee of a licensee or licensed agency who, in reliance on subsection (1), denies access to an investigative file to an authorized representative of the department shall state such denial in writing within 2 working days of the request for access. Such statement of denial shall include the following:

(a) That the information requested was obtained by a licensed private investigator on behalf of a client; and

(b) That the client has been advised of the request and has denied permission to grant access; or

(c) That the present whereabouts of the client is unknown or attempts to contact the client have been unsuccessful but, in the opinion of the person denying access, review of the investigative file under conditions specified by the department would be contrary to the interests of the client; or

(d) That the requested investigative file will be provided pursuant to a subpoena issued by the department.

(4) No licensee or any employer or employee of a licensee or licensed agency shall willfully make a false statement or report to her or his client or employer or an authorized representative of the department concerning information acquired in the course of activities regulated by this chapter.

Neither would I. No one should lie. I'll never understand why people assume, like it's some kind of natural law, that of course you'd LIE for someone you love. It's the weirdest thing and sometimes I think they're being disengenuous when they say that! I don't know.

People don't know it's not ethical to lie??? What planet, what society are we living in?

You can separate loving from lying. You can love and still tell the truth. I don't think it gets any clearer than that!
