I am assuming an autopsy - at least an external and toxicology - will be done to confirm her cause of death. I know people who may have had too much to drink can make poor choices that can, unfortunately, lead to their death - especially if they may also upset at the time (she reportedly stepped outside the bar after having an argument with someone). We have seen too many (often, but not always, young men) wander off and fall into water, fall off/into something, succumb to the elements, etc. But something about Rebecca’s case just keeps nagging at me. I understand going outside to have an argument, but knowing the weather conditions it is bothering me that she then walked away leaving her phone, keys, jacket & purse to walk home alone.

1. How far away was home?
2. Had she driven to the bar?
3. Had she ever “just walked away” like this before?
4. Did she have any history of drinking or using any substances to this extent?
5. Do surveillance cameras show that the route she took was one that she would normally take to get home?
6. Does all available camera footage show that she was walking alone? How did she appear?
7. Did the bar prevent her from re-entering the bar because of the argument or because she appeared too intoxicated? (I would hope not, but I admittedly don’t know anything about this bar.)
8. Could someone have put something in her drink (i.e. GHB) without her knowledge?

Most of the answers to your questions can be found in thread posts/linked media stories.

But #8 is a big question mark in everyone’s thoughts. That possibility def needs to be eliminated.
