How do we know whether HaLeigh's bedframe had anything ON it? If there were clothes or other "things" on it, one would not necessarily SEE a child hiding underneath it. In the picture I posted in my previous post, the bed frame is empty. (The MH had been cleaned for the walk-through, IIRC).

There is also, Junior's bed - which would be two beds. I took the comment "looked under the beds" as more of an expression anyhow, as - we looked everywhere. When people say "We tore the house apart" - I don't think people necessarily mean that they TORE the house apart - literally, know what I mean?

I don't find anything "hinky" about looking under the beds. There were two beds in that MH that were on frames. SMall enough for a child HaLeigh's size to hide under. Just MOO & I have no doubt that there will be plenty who disagree. That's fine.

Thank you for posting those pictures, Ath. It helps to give insight into the "under the beds" expression. To be honest I never heard anyone but Misty say she looked under the beds until, geez, I think it was during the LVA or maybe the hypnosis, I can't remember which, and then after she said it I looked into it after that and that was when I discovered that other family members had actually made a similar statement. I never thought about the possibility that there may have been things besides the mattress on the bed frame, that is possible.

I can't agree with you more about seeing pictures of Haleigh's room, with the little Dora lamp on the dresser and the guitar propped up. Gosh, I just can't imagine the emptiness, such a void that only Haleigh can fill.

I just wanted to address the "under the bed" statements.

Both HaLeigh and Junior had (toddler) beds with frames. While HaLeigh's mattress was in the master bedroom, her bed frame was still in her own bedroom. It is possible for a small child to hide under it. Junior also had a bed of his own in his bedroom. It's true that we never did see Junior's bedroom in any of the walk-through's of the home, but it doesn't mean the room didn't exist. It's there! =)

This is from the walkthrough Ron did for the Today Show. Ron is looking directly into HaLeigh's bedroom. To Ron's left is Junior's bedroom. We never did get to see into it, but it is there. Remember, Ron had to move from his prior MH to a bigger one so each of the children had their own bedroom.

So, it is possible to look UNDER beds - the KID'S beds. Ron & Misty's bed was not the only bed in the home. Sometimes it seems that people think the only beds were the ones that were in the master bedroom - the two mattresses on the floor when that is simply not true (IMO). Junior had a bedroom and a bed.

(Here is HaLeigh's bed as a reminder - IMO, a small child could fit under there)

My guess is Junior probably had a similar style/sized bed.


ETA - it makes me SO SAD to see such a cute little GIRLY room and know there is NO ONE to use those things and it is so empty. Poor HaLeigh. Her poor family. Today must be SO SAD for all of them without her.

She wouldn't be able to HIDE under that frame, since she would be plainly visible, without even having to get on your knees and peek under it... she could be seen just by walking to the door of the room.
Yes, it is sad that she's not here to enjoy her girly room and her things. It must have been a sad day for them today.

I don't know about his bed, but IIRC, we had a long discussion about some kind of TENT hanging on the wall.

LSS - the m/h looked very nice for the walk-through, but there is no reason to believe anything looks the way it did on Monday night and Tuesday morning, imo.

You can't see anything in that room because of the angle of a the camera. Unless maybe you have super powers and can see through the wall. Ronald asked the Bards for a bigger home so that his children didn't need to share a room, Junior was 3, how do you know he didn't have a bed?

Considering the amount of times that DCF had been over investigating claims against RC, I am of the opinion that Junior had a bed because if he didn't I feel they would have advised him to get one.

I want to see a PIC of what the MH really looked like when they actually lived in it. That place was stripped so it could be shown on the NG show. She paid them for an exclusive....TN alluded to it. NG's producer did the interview.

That place looks pretty bad to me....nothing warm going on there at all. I suspect it doesn't look anything like it did when they were living there.

How would they know? What age do the kids have to have their own room. Four and Five seem kinda young for that. I think he wanted to move because Misty wanted a bigger place....MO...or the other one got dirty. He moves often.

I didn't mean to imply that it was a fact that DCF had been to Green Lane, only that there were previous claims of abuse that were investigated by DCF.

However, Connie states that she took the pictures of Haleigh's face after the playground fall in late November, by the Bards account RC moved into the 202 address in November so they very well could have been inside the home. We learned in the bar documents that DCF told Kim P and Crystal during an interview that the photo's they were introducing had already been investigated at an earlier date.

You just made me think of something, if Crystal was at the meeting with KP the day the investigator told them the photo's were already investigated, could it be that Crystal didn't know someone already made an allegation of child abuse? Connie took the pictures, she made no secret of that. Perhaps Connie was behind the first claim to DCF regarding the pictures. Where did I read that Marty and Connie were frustrated with both crystal and Ronald. Didn't Marty do an interview with JVM stating that he thought Crystal needed to go to rehab? Anyone know?

[Arrested in Welaka for wildlife violations and several diff drug possessio.n chgs.] I had previously seen that Teresa, Annette, and Crystal were listed at one Lady Lake addy. [Seems like it was an apt, but could have been m/h park w/lot #] Question is, which Crystal? Haleigh's mother or Ron's sister?

IIRC, Crystal C had some very serious felony charges in Lady Lake, so I assume she lived over there somewhere, too. I'm not sure how old Ron and CrystalS are, so I don't know if she had hooked up w/him yet, or not.

Laura Mazzeo of news4jax actually had the 1st exclusive in the m/h. I hope they don't pay for exclusives, but you never know, I guess. I think she may have allied herself with Misty. [btw - news4jax is not an affiliate of another major broadcast network.]

Annette gave the "exclusive" photos from inside to FirstCoastNews, iirc, and FCN is an NBC affiliate AND an ABC affiliate.

WAWS CBS47/FOX30 allied itself w/Crystal and Marie early on and up thru at least early April. Of course, Geraldo is on FOX. [Matt Saffer "Holidays w/o Haleigh" works for CBS47/FOX40, so apparently he switched allegiances when he realized where the REAL story lay.]

Probably plenty of cash all around in the beginning. But imo Ron pulled way out in front with his Today Show tour of m'h, wedding tape, and many NG appearances. I'd imagine Teresa has equalled or surpassed his haul after going on NG so many, many times, and her watermarked photos and vids being used.

rc wins the money game....hands down. Probably why he wanted to get rid of misty. She may have wanted him to buy her things..lol. Narcissist are cheap...unless the money is someone else's. He may have wanted it all to himself.

But my main question is who put up the reward? Do you think Crystal and Marie did? I know they wanted to increase it because they thought that may help somebody talk but that idea didn't pan out. rc's attorneys are doing this pro bono....ugh! Did they throw the divorce in free also?

I recall Crystal living with her father before she moved in with Ronald. Regardless, she was living with Ron and TN at the time of his arrest at the age of 19. Haleigh would be conceived not too long afterward....do the mental math.

yep, TN lived in Lady Lake 7 yrs ago. so did Jeff H. So did rc. Looks like TN had problems with her kids early on and one of them hasn't stopped giving her problems yet. Of course, AS also had nothing but problems with all her kids too. Very strange family.

Crystal C lives there now, unless she moved in the past 6 months.
