I think it's going to take more than eye color to narrow down what happened to Haleigh. My husband has blue eyes, but he didn't take her. :angel:

RC has blue eyes, LF. Looks like TN could have blue/green eyes. AS = blue. I think donnie has blue. Never seen Katrina. Papa Jeff, looks like he could be brown but have not seen his eye color. Blue runs very strong in the Cummings clan.

Now you have me thinking....I will have to recheck.

RC was out front waiting for mommy. She most likely stood by him and LE didn't know she just arrived till she told them. Aside from that, she was wearing a police badge emblem on her sweater. I do not know how people can't see through that one.

If we talk about her timing....that requires an entire forum. According to records, RN did not live in Pomona Park but 80 miles away. That addy is very interesting as all the Cummings have lived there at one time even Sykes. Crystal was living there for most of 2008. TN is listed as living in Fruitland Park as of Nov 08.

It is a 12 ft wide trailer in a small park, in the middle of nowhere, but for some reason appears to very popular in the family. Can't do history on that property. It doesn't even exist on the records. All the trailers and land there are owned by one person and 105 is not listed as their property. Can't find a parcel for it either.

....what is the connection of this particular trailer with this family? Storage.....old cars are in under the carport. I noticed a chalk scribbled mailbox on the end of the row...don't know when it was chalked on though.

Look at the police report again.

Teresa arrived AFTER Officer R. Nelson and D/S Bridges had already questioned both Ron and Misty.

From the police report:

Officer R. Nelson arrived on the scene at 3:40 a.m.. He arrived on the scene at the same time as D/S Bridges. Upon arrival, he spoke to Ron and attempted to get information from him. While speaking to Ron, he was very emotional during this interview. Officer Nelson then moved on and interviewed Misty. He collected a bunch of information from Misty which is listed in the report. It wasn't until after speaking with both Ron & Misty that point that Teresa arrived.

~The police report notes that after the initial interview of Misty, Teresa arrives.

So, NO, Teresa did NOT arrive at the same time as LE. And Teresa was NOT there before they started questioning Ron & Misty. That is 100% incorrect, unless you are claiming the police report is wrong?

You or I do not know exactly WHEN she arrived but guarantee it was before 3:49. The officers do not note the exact time of arrival. She may have been there with rc and misty and LE spoke to her last. They did speak with her and got information from her.....all this speaking and information complete before tn called cs. So I would conclude that she arrived pretty darn close to when LE arrived or she would not have been in the house. They would not allow people who don't live there inside of a crime scene. I would be betting that she arrived while rc was crying in the driveway. She knew exactly what misty was wearing which tells us she was at the crime scene, therefore must have arrived very very soon.

IF rc called at 3:35 even ..impossible for her to arrive. 3:35 would be after the 911. Sorry, her time does not add up. You can squeeze all you want for 100 mph driving but taking in conversations on phone, getting dressed, getting to car, arriving, talking to LE and then calling cs all before 3:49 does NOT compute.

There is a possibility that she is not telling the truth about when she was called. There is a possibililty that she was called earlier. These things make the theory that rc knows more than he says very likely. If TN did not live in Pomona Park; that would indicate a MAJOR problem. I am having an issue with this because the records state that she did not live in pomona Park but lives in Fruitland Park with her paramour.

Now, LE has the problem because this mysterious MH in Pomona Park was rented by somebody in that family and can be used as an addy. There is a problem getting information on this parcel. No parcel number, no owner listed. They have been using this addy for many years, yet they all keep moving around and abandoning it. I speculate it is used for storage, can't think of anything else.

Between her having to send a family member over and her quick arrival, one could almost assume she wasn't around early evening when rc called her and she was very much around at 3:30 or so.

This case rests on these two facts, IMO. They have to be proven. Where was TN early evening and where was she around 3:30am.

If she wasn't living in Pomona Park, there is a huge problem and we can assume the entire story rc gave is false. Why didn't she respond earlier to go over and check on the kids herself (BTW, this has now evolved to laundry delivery). Was it because she didn't live close by?

Why do records tell us she lived in Fruitland Park as of November 08?

nope...can't find owner or taxes or parcel....can't find any public record. There are about 7 MH's homes on this same land all owned by the same person....yet nothing listed for 105. We have 101, 103, 105, 106, 107 and some around the corner but nothing for 105.

Whisp, I do not have a link, so take this fwiw - I know that there is a docket that shows a real estate title transfer between the Knowles and either Annette or the Stallings. Don't know if it's the 105 lot or another addy. (sorry 'bout that)

iirc, the Knowles own the rest of the trailer park around 105 PitaPain.

Might be in her bankruptcy or foreclosure stuff, not sure.

Twall, iirc, m/h, boat, and vehicle registrations have a check box on them re: whether your info can be publicly disclosed by the State of Florida. [I think for the purpose of selling their lists to advertisers, etc.]

I have had abandoned vehicles in my office parking lot when I would arrive in the a.m. When I called LE to run the tags they would not do so until they sent an officer to confirm the situation, so I'm guessing these registrations are not considered public info available to the general public.

But --- there was a class-action lawsuit vs. State of Fla for illegally selling this info within the past 10 yrs.

Is it patrolled/policed/checked on at all?

They probably don't, but it depends on the agency. U.S. Forest Svce allows it in Ocala Nat'l Forest for sure, but it depends on the agency and the land.

There is a 279 acre parcel across from E. Squires home (NW) on Beecher Springs Rd. D. Squires name is not listed on the property.
It just says it is owned by the USA, mailing address is Washington, D.C.
Official address of the parcel is 1028 Co. Rd. 309, Crescent City. It looks like there are some ponds/water tables in the middle of the property.

To the west of that is more uninhabited land (at least by humans, anyway!) owned by the state of FL.
It is all very close to Welaka.
