Ha! Enjoying a large bowl now. Creme de Menthe on Blue Bell Homemade Vanilla with a sprinkling of chocolate chips. My favorite late night snack. I like ice cream with Bailey's or Kahlua, too, but prefer C de M in summer.

Totally OT, but I couldn't resist and had to try the pretzel m&m's. I almost died and went to heaven, and it would have been totally worth it. My sugars peaked at 400 - had to call the doc, take more insulin, plenty of water, blah blah blah.

Do I regret it -- not for a minute. There are just things in life you just have to have! And if you're not a diabetic, the pretzel m&m's are soooo good. Sweet and salty, sweet and salty.

A friend of mine named her cats Zipper and Velcro. When we adopted our cat, we named it Sophie - then we got a call from the vet saying 'Sophie is a boy'... so he was Sir Sophie for awhile - now he's Mr Jingles.
