You are wrong holdon...FBI EXPERTS could not reach a conclusion.
From ROCKY MOUNTAIN NEWS...
"Boulder District Attorney Alex Hunter contacted Foster in the fall of 1997 to help with the investigation. Police took the ransom note to handwriting experts from the FBI, the Secret Service and a private firm in California, but none offered a definitive conclusion. A Colorado Bureau of Investigation handwriting expert found "indications" that Patsy Ramsey wrote the ransom note, according to a search warrant in the case."
You need to start doing a little bit of research before you start spouting things off that you have no proof of.
Wikipedia said:"During the investigation, the Boulder Police Department and Boulder County District Attorney's Office consulted at least six handwriting experts. (SMF P 191; PSMF P 191.) All of these experts consulted the original Ransom Note and original handwriting exemplars from Mrs. Ramsey. (SMF P 205; PSMF P 205.) Four of these experts were hired by the police and two were hired by defendants. (SMF P 191; PSMF P 191.) None of the six consulted experts identified Mrs. Ramsey as the author of the Ransom Note. (SMF P 195; PSMF P 195.
and JR LIED and said it was tied tightly, when it wasn't.now why would he do that???? because he knew the staging was poorly done.and that's probably one reason he wanted to find her himself.
I think Patsy did the wrist ligatures;JR saw they weren't staged in a believable way,but he was afraid to touch them, out of fear of leaving his own forensic evidence behind,as well as they may have just ran out of time to do anything else with them..her arms were already in rigor, and I think Patsy wanted to use up the rest of the cord.not being able to get her hands closer together, that was the best she could do.as Thomas said,it was a symbolic gesture to make it appear she'd been bound.

"Handwriting samples were taken from a number of suspects who might have written the ransom note. Forensic analysis cleared everyone except for Patsy Ramsey, whose writing style bore some resemblance to the ransom note.[6][4]"
Question for RDI: Why were there no fingerprints found on the RN?
Well, duh, if the perp really was representing a foreign cult, the perp's not going to be among those analyzed, now is he?
RDI: Uh, no.
Were any 'foreign faction representitives' analyzed?
RDI: Uh, no. We're not looking at them. We're too smart for that.
Remember now, the R's house had windows and doors and everything, and just about anybody can come and go thru them.
RDI: But the doors were locked.
OMG, now not only was it staging but it was staging JR wasn't happy with. And I'm the one making stuff up as I go along. LOL.
Because the author wore gloves? Are you now going to tell us that the Ramseys didn't wear writing gloves?Question for RDI: Why were there no fingerprints found on the RN?
"Richard Dusick (sic) of the U.S. Secret Service concluded that there was "no evidence to indicate that Patsy Ramsey executed any of the questioned material appearing on the Ransom Note."
Oft quoted Ubowski: "the evidence falls short..."
ONE MORE TIME, PerFect M/P.Town, Page 537 - CHET UBOWSKI WAS PREPARED TO TESTIFY THAT PATSY RAMSEY WROTE THE NOTE.

They don't count - they are inconsistant with a foreign faction!!!:crazy:There were. Patsy's!
As soon as you explain why that was the family's nickname for John.
Was this the family's nickname?
YES! Nedra Paugh in particular joked about "fat cats" in relation to JR. I think ST was the source for that.
I love Nedra's comments in ST - some of the best inside info that implicates the Rs came straight from her. For example, both Pam and Polly Paugh denied that JB wet the bed, but Nedra went into detail about how JB not only wet the bed, but had come home from DW's in borrowed undies with her wet ones in a plastic baggie. She also supplied with the details of JB "dirtying" by not properly wiping herself and needing an adult to make sure her bottom was cleaned after every bowel movement.

I was using my IDI logic.Actually, there were no prints on the note, which is strange since both Patsy and John handled it, so they say.![]()
An admisison of guilt. She was sure though, that they would not be able to prove she wrote the note in a court of law. What's the consensus of Patsy agreeing with Steve Thomas when he asked Patsy on live television would she agree that whoever wrote the note also killed JonBenet. Patsy agreed with Thomas. The agreement was hesitant, however, and she sounded unsure of herself in my opinion.
