What defense does JB have to deny KC shopping at Target and cashing a check at the bank? Oh that right it was in the ZFG script. Good luck on that one JB. More wasted tax payers dollars, but whose counting? I guess just us folks down here footing the bill.

Do you have a link to the doc that has the info regarding the trace and recordings please?

Im pretty sure it is about 3:40 on here, you will see the actual authorization for them to install recording devices. This was buried in one of the many document dumps. It seems to have been released in August. I have not seen the actual reports of what they recorded. I am interested to know if they are still recording them, since the Anthony's keep changing their stories, and if Dominick's phone was traced too, the photo depicts on ly a portion of the page, I wish I had the page number and could view the comprehensive list of phones being authorized to be traced. Does anyone here know where in the docs from August this is? TIA

Transcripts of phone calls would be voluminous and I doubt that was done unless any particular calls were of value to the case, but I am not LE so I speak with no authority on that. I really hate to say without a doubt...but that looks like the Target Brand of Milk not bleach. Their milk brand is Market Pantry and is in a jug with a yellow label.

I'm an avid Target shopper. ITA with you. Milk was my first & strongest impression, not bleach.

Poor guy, it seems that she borrowed/sold/lied to him too. According to this recording of George he would have respected ryan enough to like him as a son in law. I think it's hilarious that CA, in her August depo, talked about the need for throw-away "batphones" because they thought LE was recording their calls. Why would that be a problem? Wouldn't they be waiting for a "ransom call"? Weren't they in danger from nefarious types from whom KC was protecting them? Why would anything be too private for an investigation LE was conducting on a missing child, unless they were afraid of their own attempts to obstruct justice being exposed or that the search for a living Caylee was completely futile?

IMO this alone would be enough for them to be to charged with obstruction of justice. Oh how I hope they are.

It sounded like she said "I'm never going to talk to em' " (which i doubt is what she really said)...but it sure fits her behavior since then! Casey just isn't talking.

Hi Lizz, I listened to it on my earphones and without and both ways it sounds to me like I don't have anything to talk to them, I could be wrong, but I know it DID NOT sound like help me, I'm frantic, my daughter has been taken. It is shocking to hear how cold she is.

something that has bugged me for awhile - if the driver's license i.d. doesn't match the name on the cheque, why in the world would Target or whatever co. accept a cheque as payment? did I miss something?

also, around here, there are very few businesses (if any) that will even accept cheques as payment so I found that weird too ... although maybe some of the big box stores do (I'm not sure - haven't used a cheque in eons) but I have noticed most of the stores I shop at only have cash/debit/credit cards listed as acceptable forms of payment

They did think the hosue was bugged, but whoever "interpreted" the letter in that video to say that they thought the phone was bugged is incorrect.

My thoughts exactly. I just don't think she was paying attention.
I have a very feminine french name, and I've handed my debit card off to male co-workers to get us something to eat. They've never had issues.

I hope that poor woman didn't get fired on account of this, and is hopefully more vigilant at checking people's IDs for now on.

Same here.
Before this though, I always thought she said, "What do they wanna talk to me for?". I think I am mixing something up with another piece of 911 audio. Never heard her say this before.

RR... I know what recording we're thinking of. It's the one where the dispatcher asks to speak with KC, she says.."what do they want to talk to me for?" and when she gets on, the dispatcher asks "can you tell me a little bit about what's going on?" and KC stalls by saying.. "I'm sorry?"

I've never heard this other chunk of audio. I'm so confused heh
