The most STUPID thing ever..they want me to believe that the intruder came through that window. Okay. But they also want me to believe that this kidnapper thought he could get an ALIVE jonbenet out of the house through that window?

Just agreeing.. I hadn't even considered that until another poster commented about A/C. We ALL have it where I live, but I forget the possibilty of homes in CO not needing A/C. I am not saying the Ramsey home didn't, although, I believe someone else stated that it didn't.

In a house with doors all over the place!

James Bulger (2yrs) was abducted, tortured and murdered by 2 ten yr old boys in 1993. Of course, children are capable of violence. There isn't any evidence against Burke, it's just a theory people are grasping at because it's a mystery begging to be solved. Hasn't Burke suffered enough having such a dysfunctional family and his beloved sister murdered? Why can't there be disagreements?

I think the "evidence" against Burke that you are asking for was tampered, hidden, disguised, and removed from the scene.

Now lets talk about circumstantial stuff, which is very important and in this case leads to the obvious conclusion here:

1. Burkes inappropriate behavior (I'm not talking about just afterwards, but even testimony of others beforehand of his aggression and temperament). Burke has never in the course of his many "interviews" displayed any sore of sadness for his beloved sister. It doesn't take a rocket science to conclude that he harbored jealousy and resentment towards her.

2. Burke admits to going downstairs after everyone was supposedly asleep.

3. What is the big secret with the pineapple? If she had pineapple, who cares -- why hide it. Well, its suspicious because it is almost a full bowl and that PR couldn't even admit it was their bowl. Why not?

4. John admitted that he used the flashlight that night, which would explain why it was out -- why was it wiped down? Why wouldn't they admit it was theirs?

5. John was MIA for several minutes that morning -- what was he doing? Was he in the basement? What is the explanation for this?

6. If innocent, why so long for JR and PR to do formal police interviews and turn over all their clothing from that night?

7. Burke was heard on the 911 call. No question about the third voice. Why are they lying about it and why did PR hang up so quickly?

8. The Intruder Theory has been without question debunked, who else is left?

9. Forensic pathologist was not allowed to enter home or sit in on autopsy. Why not?

10. Why was JR in such a rush to go see his attorney in person that day?

11. Detective at scene tells JR they are going to search house from top to nottom. JR immediately grabs his buddy and heads straight for basement.

12. Why is their former friend, Fleet White, more interested in the truth coming out than they are?

13. Grand Jury "prepared charges of child abuse resulting in death and accessory to a crime for both John and Patsy Ramsey in the death of their daughter." The grand jury felt that both the Ramseys permitted a child to be "unreasonably placed in a situation which posed a threat of injury to the child's life or health, which resulted in the death of JonBenet Ramsey" and rendered assistance to a person "knowing the person being assisted has committed and was suspected of the crime of murder in the first degree and child abuse resulting in death."

And that's not even everything that we know. And who knows what other evidence is there that we haven't been privy to? I can guarantee that if there is other evidence out there that would have exonerated the Rs, it would have been made known.

I believe they added A/C during PR's $700,000 remodel and addition when they purchased the home. It was discussed here previously but I wouldn't know where.

To to add a bit on the pineapple. In the interview with Burke at age 11. When asked by the interviewer to identify what was in the bowl...much squirming by B, no ready answer, prompt by interviewer "could it be fruit?" He answers yeah....never says pineapple.

He had previously identified the dining table as his (family) table. Of course, me having not seen the photo of the bowl of pineapple, do not know the angle of the picture, so.....

The story makes perfect sense to me. The parents did all they could to divert attention away from Burke, and they were smart enough to know that that would cause attention to be drawn to themselves. Then they lawyered up and didn't cooperate with police. What's not to understand, ever since Chief Kolar's book, my BS detector has been very quiet.

Ah, but if it makes perfect sense, then why is it that I read so many different versions from the posters here that are 100% convinced that Jonbenet died at the hands of her family.

Burke hit her on the head. John had been sexually molesting her and finally killed her to cover it up. Patsy killed her in a rage over bedwetting. Burke tied her up. John tied her up. Patsy tied her up. John wrote the letter. No, he dictated it. No, he slept through it while Patsy did it. Read the posts. There are so many versions, and thats one reason why I find it hard to make perfect sense out of it. If it makes perfect sense, it shouldn't be this muddled.

With all due respect, baloney! Yes, those perspectives have been and will continue to be brought up. The challenge is to work through them all, rebutting and/or disputing what you can, and looking at what's left (sometimes over and over again) until you cannot rebutt/disprove. Because of the time factor here, that may never happen. But, I am impressed at how many times here and on other threads related to the murder, very astute readers/thinkers have done just that. They have sure helped refine some of my original thoughts.

The exact events are what's unclear given we don't have all the info they had a GJ hearings....which gives way to theories about the details and divergence there.

What IS obvious is that no one but someone already in that home is responsible for her death, and that the most likely people both parents would cover for, far above themselves, is there one remaining child. That's the pieces that are pretty obvious to most of us.

Exactly. I don't think we need to know the exact details, the exact scenario and order of things that happened to come to the conclusion that JRB died at the hands of one of the people in that home. I happen to believe it was BR, especially because of the wording of the indictment by the grand jury that heard more evidence than we have seen. I'm starting to think that JRB went into BR's room after waking from a wet bed or bad dream or whatever, was going to sleep in the other bed, didn't find him there so set out to find him. She found him in the basement, where he'd taken a flashlight to go sneak a peek at the remaining Christmas presents. She said she was going to tell on him and he clocked her. She got very upset and he tried to get her to calm down and not tattle by telling her he'd fix her a snack. She had one or two bites and started to really feel the effects of her closed head wound that was slowly killing her, maybe even started to pass out or threw up before she got a chance to eat more. Things spiraled from there.

So little evidence of an intruder. None, really. Well, a few things. The cord was never proven conclusively to be from the home. And traces of it was found on Jonbenet's bed. That is the only bit of evidence I found. Of course, unless they had 5 or 6 video cameras around the home, there is no way of being 100% sure. Even Mark Beckner said there is some evidence that it could be an intruder, and he believes it was the Ramsey's I think.

While the show did a good job of explaining what led them to the BDI scenario, I didn't like that people on social media were attacking Burke after it aired, because they assumed it MUST be what happened. I mean, Burke could be guilty, but he might not be as well.

OK. So who strangled her, and tied her up? I think she was also sexually interfered with.

That's not proof of an intruder. How does cord in her bed prove who used it?

I don't know if BR finished the job (using just rope, not the garrote, which was just for staging after the fact) in a panic, or if the parents thought she was already dead and did it themselves as staging. IF she was sexually interfered with, and I think that's really debatable, I think it was done after the fact to make it look like a sexual assault, but not done well enough to prove it (because they couldn't follow through with it). For example, penetration with a finger or object. If this was a sexually motivated crime only, it would be way more obvious that she was sexually violated in my opinion. She'd have very obvious injuries.

Saved By The Cross. Whoever did it would be saved because of God's forgiveness (in Patsy's world).

IMO.
