Yes, I did pm Jaded, I figure she has just been busy, as not all of us can be as bored as I am, lol. For perspective, I am self-employed, most of my work is on my computer, and sometimes I am stuck at my office even though I don't have much in the way of work. I have a small out-of-town trip planned in the next couple of weeks, and then a large out-of-town trip planned in July, but other than that I am almost oozing free time.

Oh, that's great, Lanie:). I look forward to working with you on Princess Blue's case! Hopefully you will hear back from Jaded soon.

While working on the spreadsheet I have been using reunion.com as one of my resources for looking up the Class of '75 Alumni. I am finding names listed there that weren't on classmates.com or listed in the yb as far as I can tell. reunion.com also lists their married names. What I am doing is adding the those names from reunion.com to the spreadsheet and I am marking those names in a purdy orange color so we can tell which ones came from reunion.com and I also left a note by each name (I inserted a comment by those names) stating that they are from the reunion.com site. I hope that makes sense? I want to make sure ALL the names we can gather are on the spreadsheet. I hope it is cool with everyone that I am adding those names. :truce:

Hi RKnowley:blowkiss:. I think your idea is really good. I might do the same thing.

Lion, oops..I meant I was adding all the names from reunion.com to the spreadsheet including to YOUR block :D Do you still want to :blowkiss: me or do you want to :croc: me now? LOL! I thought I might as well add all the names since I was doing it already?? Please don't hate me :boohoo:

ETA: I was also adding possible married names from the reunion.com site to the notes section of the spreadsheet.

ETA one more thing: I made sure I put my initials by all of the names from reunion.com so you can kick my butt personally!

Lanie you should have access to that particular forum now. Let me know if you don't.

Just to let you all know...I finished entering the names from reunion.com onto the spreadsheet. I am wondering if anyone has a subscription to reunion.com so that we can email those listed there when the time arrives?

Good question, RKnowley. I don't have a subscription, but hopefully someone does. Thank you for working so hard on this, friend.

I have a reunion account that I'd be glad to let you guys use for this purpose. It's only valid thru Sept 1 and I probably won't renew it so we'd need to get it done faster than that.

I usually pay attention to this thread but you can PM me if I'm not paying attention. :-)

Just a thought is it possible there was a natural disaster of some sort like a flash flood that could have swept her away many years before she was found? Then she would not have a missing persons report because she would be presumed dead.

I checked this morning, and I couldn't find the spreadsheets you are working on, or the yearbook. Maybe I'm not looking right. Anyway, I have a graduation to go to this evening a little over 100 miles away, so won't have any time until this weekend.

Thank you TCMom:). That will be really helpful.

Spazkat, that is an idea that I thought of also. But, Princess was found in an area not known to flood. But, that was a very good idea that needed to be researched. Thank you.

Lanie, I am sorry that you are having so much trouble gaining access to the spreadsheet and the YB pics. I have no idea how to help you, but I wish I could. Perhaps you can PM Jaded and ask her for some more help in gaining access. Thank you so much for your help:).

Lanie, try it now. I apologize for my absence of late. I've been working and today and yesterday I babysat my little niece and I am whooped!

I may try looking to see which of the female alumni from the REL (Houston) Class of 1975 had younger female siblings that the female class alumni may have given her high school ring to & could be our Princess Blue. What does anyone think of that? Do you think it would be a good idea or do you feel that we should just concentrate on finding all of the class alumni and getting the letter out to them as soon as we get the go ahead?

TS Allison killed 41 people in 1989- 23 of them were in TX. It says no one drowned from bring traped by floods in their homes but 6 died from walking maybe being swept away by the flooding & flash flooding which lasted for days. It also spawned a tornado in Brazoria county, which is where Blue was found. I have no idea how to find out if there is a list of those killed by the 3 TS's & Hurricanes that hit the area in 1989 or if all the victims were located. If blue was homeless no one would have know she was missing in the storm. Being she was found in a pile of debris it could very well be storm debris that she got stuck in during the flood. Also wasn't there a serial killer or 2 in the area. I know the 1-45 killer has a few victims never found around this time frame. She could have been a victim of them and her body dumped and distroyed by the storms

Your theory could be correct, but she was found at a known dump site for both garbage and human bodies. So, she probably wasn't carried away and left there by storm forces. But, it is still possible. Perhaps you could research hurricanes, TS's, and tornadoes from 1988 to early 1990 in that area further to see if it seems possible. Thanks so much Spazkat:).
