Wow!! 750 post about something that doesn't exist... Kind of like the heart shaped residue.

Except that an FBI agent reported the heart shaped residue. So far no FBI agent has seen the Blackjack.

But actually, NTS, I hope this thread helps you see that we really have exhaustively considered everything that KC said to see what tiny threads of truth we could find. KC did mention the Blackjack on MySpace a couple of months before Caylee disappeared, so many of us have tried to give her the benefit of the doubt about that statement.

I'll believe an FBI agent and their observations over KCs nonsense any day.

Yes we have exhaustively considered everything, yet come up with the same conclusion. KC is a liar and nothing that comes from her mouth has turned out to be true.

You agree it doesn't exist.
Just one more Casey lie.

There are hundreds of posts about Zanny the Nanny.....and she doesn't exist.

~And ...hasn't the heart-shaped residue issue been discussed ad nauseum already on the OTHER THREAD--ya know, the one ABOUT the residue and NOT the Blackjack?? jmo

Yeah just like her mother father brother and all her friends have said she is a liar ... and the jury will see this no matter how hard defense tries to cover it up ..... i

Thanks.
Then why are people still trying to figure out where the 'Blackjack' has gone????
It has gone into the Twighlight Zone...straight off of Casey's desk at Universal where she was an Event Planner, a job for which she trained at Valencia College after she graduated with honors on a full scholarship from high school...that's what Cindy would say and Cindy knows everything about Casey right?

They should have asked her how long said phone had been missing from her...did they? Which phone were the calls on and how did she ever hide it from her co-workers each day that her daughter was missing?

There is no spoon...there is no Blackberry...unless it was a reference to someone elses whom she had stolen...in which case I think that would be easily tracked back to her if she switched HER sim into it...

That is a pot and kettle type of situation there isn't it? The liars calling the liars liars! Mind bending!

...yeah...add to that her endless references (ok...maybe an exaggeration) to her phone(s) and I think we most certainly did give it the attention it deserved.

As soon as she started talking about her phones, interchangeable Sim cards etc I was confused, which was her purpose I am sure. I do remember her saying she left it on her (non existent) desk at her (non existent) job because it would not hold a charge.

I'm not sure if this is still relevant, but... I was just looking at Casey's cell phone records (e.g., at http://www.docstoc.com/docs/1626040/Casey-Phone-Log-Page-51_75 ) and they include the IMEI and the IMSI. The IMEI is like a unique serial number for a cell phone, and the IMSI is like a unique serial number for a sim card. The records I linked to always show the same IMEI and IMSI. But, if she was switching her sim to a different phone for any of the phone calls or SMS's, we would see the same IMSI but a different IMEI for those calls. The odd thing is that there are some spots with a missing IMEI. Those spots also have missing entries for the cell tower IDs, but the towers had to be contacted, so it seems like some kind of glitch in the recording. I wonder what the deal is with these. (I know LE was talking about how there were missing or conflicting entries between the ATT records and the Billing records; maybe these are what they refer to?)

If the records really do show the same IMEI and IMSI for all the calls/SMS's, then Casey could have had another phone with a different sim card (and thus a different phone number), but she sent text messages and made calls and was IMming etc. on the computer so frequently that it's tough to see how she could have fit in more usage than what we already know about. Also, none of the other phones (like her friends' phones) that LE checked show a different # for Casey, to my knowledge. Maybe the other phone+sim&number was exclusively for contact with Zanny :)

Thank you!!! I always hoped there was something in those records that would show if a sim card was really being switched back & forth.

The "missing" IMEI numbers seem to be when messages are being left and when calls fail and are retried immediately. Don't know what that means.

There are real missing and conflicting entries between the billing and cell tower records. Lots of detail on those in other threads, but suffice it to say I always check both.

Couldn't it mean that she was dialling into a voicemail on a second phone? In the early documents OCSO report that the 768* number is associated with a Ryan A P who is someone who has an address in Orlando. So yes, maybe she did steal a blackjack and then lose it!

I think I missed something...Ryan's number has no "768." I don't really recall any "768" number in this case. But even so, what would the "768" number have to do with the missing codes in the cell phone records?

Ok 1st not sure if I linked doc correctly but anyways on page 73 of the 1st doc dump is ICA transcript where she is talking about the "blackjack" -she states she left it on her "desk" "I hadnt been to work for at least three or four day" and when asked about making the report with Universal Security she specifically says "I made it nine days ago" so I guess my question is this what happen on July 8th - which would be by my caculation nine days ago? I looked at the ping maps linked below I hope and this is one of the days she is by johnstons towing from 1035-1043 -Ping 17

I've always thought the 'elusive blackjack' was just another lie. ICA knew she was in deep dung with the 'nanny took her' story, so she concocted the existence of this phone to explain away the absence of contacts to 'Zanny' on her known cell phone. The 'Blackjack', issued by a job she didn't have, left on a desk she didn't have, reported stolen to a company she didn't work for, and purchased at a store she couldn't name, other than, you know, the store that's in the 'lower left of Orlando'. The Blackjack never existed, imo. ICA as usual, plotting out her lies.

I'm not sure if the Blackjack ever existed, but if it did, you can bet your @ss it was stolen from someone else.

not sure the blackjack ever existed.
i do billing calls/support for at&t in a call center. but im not about to risk my job looking up her acct( or what they would nail me for is OPENING/reading the account) to see if there was ever a blackjack registered to it, or was it the nokia..?
i been curious but not enough to risk my only paycheck/feeding us.
oh wait a sec, what am i saying, zanny must of grabbed it in the park when they held KC down and took caylee.. of course thats it ( sarcasm)
