OMG -- a f'loon came in and copied my words to the family who suffered from the hands of Michael Jackson and twisted them to be comments wishing Michael Jackson well. f'loons make me sick. i'm sad that the blog you set up to send nice comments to the family has been completely destroyed by nutters. :(
You are sweet. I've decided to go in another direction with the blog. Your initial post remains untarnished.

Jacko Threatened With Contempt of Court

Michael Jackson is being ordered to come to a Los Angeles court in two weeks and explain why he shouldn't be held in contempt for defying a judge's order.

Judge Linda K. Lefkowitz of Los Angeles Superior Court issued her ruling today. The matter stems from depositions that were taken in London on Sept. 23 for the lawsuit brought by Jackson's former partner Marc Schaffel. Jackson was supposed to have paid the London hotel bills for Schaffel and his attorney, as well as bills for a court reporter and videographer.

That's right, the deposition was videotaped, and I'm told it's a hilarious performance of obfuscation, confusion and dim recollection.

And this:

Meanwhile, the 50 or so people left at Jackson's Neverland Ranch (I'm revising this number down from 100) are on the verge of filing a complaint against their employer.

If they are not paid today, that will make four weeks without remuneration. On top of that, it's Christmas. So far things look bleak.

I'm told that in the last week or so, a sedan with United States government plates visited the ranch. Sources there tell me they're pretty sure the car was from the United States Department of Agriculture. There is concern at Neverland about the welfare of the animals in Jackson's zoo.

And this:

Meanwhile, please do read our column from yesterday concerning the Department of Justice investigation into Jackson's obtainment of passports for his children.

Another story ran on the wires yesterday that showed how media hysteria can grow from a kernel of information. That kernel was based on a "correspondent" for an unknown Web site called tmz.com, who happened to see the title page of a motion being filed in court.

The title of that glimpsed document then became the basis for a story — with no other facts. Wow! It doesn't take much to incite the world entertainment press, does it?

But in fact, the story was much deeper than that. It's not just that Jackson's ex-wife Debbie Rowe has claimed that Jackson "abducted" their kids. It's that he may possibly have lied to get them travel documents. And that now he's trying to stall in court long enough to establish his kids' residency in a foreign country.

The only problem is that as long as there is no extadition treaty where he is, they can file anything they want in the US. But they won't be able to follow through as long as he stays out of the US. Unless he would happen to visit a country which has an extradition treaty with us, I guess. That is going to cut down on his travel opportunities.
I guess they can start attaching any assets he has in the US, but does he really have anything here? There are all the rumors that he is broke. But I wonder if he wasn't transferring all his assets to Switzerland and spreading those rumors himself.
As far as DR goes, she kissed the only opportunity she had of reuniting with the kids goodbye, on the stand. And if I wasn't so sure that the kids are in danger where they are, I would say it wasn't a bad thing. MJ must have quit paying her, otherwise we wouldn't be hearing any complaints from her now.

I heard on the news a little while ago that they believe the lender will attach the Beatles catalog not Neverland. Afterall, 2 llamas and unpaid employees wouldn't net that much on the open market.

I hope the threat of lawsuits hangs over him like a dark cloud, it may keep him from ever coming back to the US. I know he's way more popular overseas but is that enough to keep him happy? Will people in other countries ever get sick and disgusted with him the way Americans have? I sure hope so, that way he'll be miserable in some foreign country but too afraid to come home.

He is sooooo over. And where is that Katrina song anyway?

Jackson isn't more popular overseas - that's a myth. People say more or less the same about Jackson's career over here in Europe - that it is over. Jackson's last album didn't sell 10 mio at all - that a myth as well. Just the fans in Europe are as delusional as they are in the US, perhaps:-)))

Judge dismisses Michael Jackson lawsuitLOS ANGELES - A judge tossed out Michael Jackson's $10 million lawsuit against a New Jersey man over memorabilia the pop star claimed had been stolen.

U.S. District Judge Florence-Marie Cooper dismissed the lawsuit Tuesday because Jackson had stopped pursuing the case he filed two years ago, according to court papers.

Calls to Jackson's spokeswoman and a lawyer for Henry Vaccaro seeking comment weren't immediately returned Wednesday night.

Vaccaro had a warehouse full of memorabilia from Jackson family members that included gold-trimmed costumes, financial documents, letters, awards and one of Michael Jackson's first outfits worn with the Jackson 5.

From the Desk of Michael Jackson

I Regret the Vile Slander by People Who Don't Know the True Meaning of Love

First and foremost, I regret being made the target of a prosecutorial witch hunt and the subject of vile slander by evil people who only want to bring a successful black man down and who wouldn't understand the true meaning of love if it bit them in their big, mean butts

Jacko Parties While Neverland Staff Suffers

Michael Jackson had a perfect, five-star, expensive Christmas in Bahrain, thanks to his host, the prince. But back home at Neverland, his employees wound up waiting until the eleventh hour to get enough money to buy gifts for loved ones.

The Neverland staff was finally paid four weeks' back pay on Friday, Dec. 23, according to my sources. That didn't leave much time for most of the remaining 50 or so zoo workers, groundskeepers, maids, cooks and administrators to do their holiday shopping.

The staff's relief at getting paid on the 23rd was shattered, though, yesterday. Jackson once again missed payroll, leaving the employees right back where they started.

There's talk, I'm told, that the checks may be ready by Monday. But no one's certain and no one's counting on it.

The only bright side to all this is that this week Neverland finally got a gas and propane delivery. For the last couple of months, the ranch has been without heat. There was no cooking, either, because the kitchens have gas stoves.

"When we saw the trucks we were thrilled," says a source. "We thought it was a sign."

Well, it was probably just a sign that Jackson got some royalty money from Sony for the first quarter of the year. He still gets royalties from CDs and videos sold. That's separate from his $270 million loans for which he used his equity in Sony/ATV Music Publishing.

But the employees at Neverland might not be so happy when they find out that Jackson had a very nice Christmas in Bahrain. Using someone's money — presumably that of his host — Jackson flew in his three main surrogate families from different locations, put them up in hotels and got them expensive gifts. The families were: the Schleiters, from Germany; the Bhatti's, from Norway; and the Cascio's from New Jersey.

You will recall that Jackson has had close relations with Anton Schleiter and Omer Bhatti, both of whom are about 21 years old now, for a long time.

Anton's father, Wolfgang, is a German music executive. Michael dedicated the song "Speechless" on his last album to Anton, who used to dress up like Michael and his sister.

Omer Bhatti was the 12-year-old Jackson imitator who Michael picked up in Tunisia in 1996 and essentially kept on and off for years. He told friends that Omer was his natural son, but Omer's parents actually came to work for Jackson in exchange for letting the boy stay with him.

The Cascio family has figured prominently in Jackson's world for years as well. The father, Dominick Cascio, was once a banquet manager at the Palace Hotel in New York. He and his wife, Connie, have five kids, all of whom stayed at Neverland for long stretches. The eldest son, Frank, worked for Jackson and was an unnamed co-conspirator in last spring's trial.

The report from the Jackson holiday was a good one, however. Jackson, according to sources, ate heartily, didn't seem to be drugged in any way and was friendly and upbeat with his guests. The guests did not get to meet the prince, but they did see Jackson's new digs outside the palace at a house he, his kids and nanny Grace Rwarmba are all staying in courtesy of the prince.

If Jackson is not desperately hooked on drugs, then what about all those panic-ridden stories that ran in the supermarket tabloids just a few weeks ago? Speculation is that some members of Jackson's family who feel left out or left back since Michael split the U.S. may be selling stories to make money.

One friend of the family who attended court sessions off and on last year has been mentioned as a go-between who sets up the deals and then kicks back the payments.

Certainly, but Janet Jackson is likely to pursue her part of this law suit further:

http://www.kesq.com/Global/story.asp?S=4326640&nav=9qrx

The attorney for Henry Vaccaro says a federal judge dismissed Michael Jackson's portion of the lawsuit against his client on Tuesday because he had stopped pursuing the two-year-old case. But his sister's claims remain active and they are "negotiating a resolution of that."

No idea whether her part will be successful in any way. At least there is some reliable information from all these lawsuits to be had. Let's face it that Jackson "news" are never reliable because it comes from unnamed sources in various "camps" which all have an own agenda.....mostly that of Michael Jackson only. Let alone those stupid Jackson followers called "fans".

Ok, one gem I heard from them was that Michael Jackson didn't have any money problems because he transferred all his money onto foreign accounts away from the US. I don't think that's possible without any notice of US authorities.....but you see how these fans tick!

He may have transferred money, but he still has other interests in the United States that can be stripped from him to satisfy legal judgments against him. :)

I don't understand why the Pedoland employees stay on? They don't get paid on a regular or timely manner and seem to be miserable. Do they make big bucks, when they do get paid? Or is it just an average income?

What they should all do is quit, let the animals loose to fend for themselves and THEN I bet animal control would step in, and let Pedoland fall into disrepair. Maybe looters would come in and trash the place and take any valuables left.

IMO, his employees must like getting sh*t on because why else would they put up with his sorry azz?

I've wondered that myself. Although I suspect by this point the remaining employees are smuggling out everything that's not nailed down. And from what i have heard, Jacko pays these people minimum wage, or just above it. But these are probably also the type of weak-minded/weak-willed sycophants who based 100% of their identiity on being "close" to the freak, and can't deal with what his treatment of them truly means. They're no longer useful to him in the procurement of child flesh, so they're expendable--just like the animals he once used to lure little boys to his home, or even the little boys themselves once they grow up.
If you choose to side with/enable a child molester, you deserve what you get.

Great post! I to have wondered why they stay. Blackmail? Brainwash? Whatever the reason is if these people can't see that they were being used and are no longer necessary then they deserve what they get. I have to have faith that Mikey will pay for what he has done. One way or another he will get his. You make enough enemies, eventually someone will turn you. Perhaps even from within his own family?? OJ is not in jail but he is in a prison of sorts. If someone doesn't bring Mikey down, he will self-destruct and do it himself. I just hope it is sooner than later for the sake of all the children out there that are on his "hit" list.

Has MJ even written anything in the last 10 years that made any money???

hmmmmmmmmmmmm

Will MJ have to come back for deposition? I doubt he can afford to settle.

I do so hope Gavin sues him. Not that I think the kid will ever see a penny, I would just like for MJ to never get a minutes peace.
