I brought this over from another thread since my comment about it pertains to HG- He was dressed nice..like as a professional?? I've never heard or read any description of Hispanic guy. That's one of the missing pieces of information I've been waiting to come out. It's hard to speculate on anything about Hispanic guy if all we know is-he's a hispanic guy in his late 20's. I'd like to know if he looked like a professional in the witnesses opinion? Did the relationship between EJ and the HG look like a professional relationship from a witnesses perspective?

Could have been an attorney from the area. Are attorneys exempt from an obligation of coming forward?

Posting for reference. This is from Tammi after she visited Eliz in jail the second time (Jan 13).

After meeting with Johnson, Smith told reporters that Johnson claimed she gave the baby to a couple in San Antonio.

"She said, 'I was in the hotel room... that they came in my hotel room. I held (Gabriel), and we talked, and I signed the paper,' which obviously was not notarized, and then she put the baby in the car seat. They left her hotel. She did not see the baby in the car," explained Smith.

Johnson also allegedly said that she believes there is surveillance video of a couple leaving the hotel with Gabriel.

Police told News 4 WOAI that Johnson's claim that a couple is pictured on surveillance video with the child is inaccurate.

An ABC producer was with Smith inside the prison Wednesday as the mother offered new details about the couple.

Johnson said the couple is Caucasian, in their 30s. The man is tall with short black hair, and the woman is about 5 feet, 3 inches tall and has short black hair.
Johnson said the couple brought their own car seat and that they said they could keep baby Gabriel without anyone noticing.

It says:

Not short black hair for the woman. But the first link is as quoted above. Which is it?

Rereading the article and went to the link for the producer's account.

It says:

Not short black hair for the woman. But the first link is as quoted above. Which is it?

I think the short black hair is a typo, but that's just IMO.

SAKAL: She claims that she did not go out to the parking lot with that couple after she signed the adoption papers — allegedly signed adoption papers over in the room. However, according to those new court documents, which we also received today and that we`re — that you`ve been mentioning on here, she supposedly had also told the FBI agent that she handed over Gabriel in the parking lot of the motel.

The truth doesn't change. You know if you handed over your baby inside in a hotel room, or outside in a parking lot.

Possibly, if this was a legitimate adoption. I don't think attorney/client priviliges apply if there was an illegal action involved and he was a part of it. (MOO and guessing only.)

I keep going back to the fake ID. Without question this was an illegal adoption if his name was changed on a birth certificate or Social Security number. Since each birth in every state is recorded at birth, we can assume Gabriel's was, then how can they obtain a fake birth certificate and Social Security number? Also, given the contradicting statements about where Gabriel was passed off, where do the majority on WS think it was?

I am thinking it happened in the hotel parking lot - or possibly in the room and she (EJ) followed them into the parking lot, either to get one last look at Gabe or to finalize something. The parking lot theory seems to have the most solid witness support. MOO.

I know the Six Flags surveillance tape was just a rumor that we know of and probably doesn't exist but does anyone know if there were witnesses that saw EJ and Gabriel at Six Flags on the 26th? I read an article yesterday that said witnesses saw him them at Six Flags but it was a blog so I can't count on that... I just want to know if Six Flags is part of this at all.

The Six Flags video was an unfortunate rumor. I've never heard of witnesses. If some have come forward, it will probably pop up in a credible news source.

Please help me think of ways the HG could be found. Please read through the most recent several pages of the Elizabeth sightings thread, as well as reading through this thread, and see if we can come up with ideas on what Logan could check in SA to try to find this guy.

Has the staff at the hotel or anyone that saw him see him fequently in the area. Also, with the color of the suv, make, and model, a dmv report could be pulled.

SUV rentals during that time if he has not been seen in the area before.

The guy has to eat too. what about cameras in at the places they were seen at...Maybe one caught a license plate.

I will think of more things soon.

What about checking with whoever is in charge of the road camaras??? THey can estimate the the times to look at.

This one might be a long shot, but border patrol with description of the vehicle and HG. They have cameras too..Who know, maybe he came up from Mexico.

One last thing----Ask employees of the businesses around the hotel. They have to have cameras....Most businesses have cameras these days.

Is there a picture of the guy? If so then why in the world hasn't it been publicized? To me that would be the most logical thing to do to try and identify him.
Other than that all I can say is "money" and lots of it. If the right dollar amount were offered I'm confident someone would come forward and Gabriel would probably be found.

Now the question is who cares enough about children and fathers rights and is wealthy enough to offer an outrageous reward for information leading to the safe recovery of Gabriel? If I could win the lottery I would do it!

A million dollars would simply be a drop in the bucket for any one of these individuals and I believe without a doubt that if that amount of money were to be offered up, Gabriel would be found within hours.
