The Letters and the Secret Evidence

I have a niggling thought here that is half formed at best, but please follow my logic if you can. If the security regarding communication with others at the jail is as lax as it appears around KC, it would tend to make me believe the old assurances that Kronk's fiance had no contact with KC and would have no way of having gotten the location of baby girl's body via KC are very overstated. But with this new information about all this jail personnel assitance with note and letter passing, hmmm. Kinda makes it seem more possible and credible that perhaps Kron fiance was more in the loop than Jail administration would have us think?

Just the ramblings of one sleuthy chick

Imate Anthony is on probation. Part of that is to not have contact with other felons. I understand she's in prison but writting letters to another inmate has to be against the probation limitiations set...he can withdraw that probation and convert it into doing that time, as well...

Wow we were all way off base lol. Who would have thought though.
I really hope we get to see these letters. That's 50 pages of things we can analyze, dissect, etc from her writings. We haven't heard from her since the (SECRET! according to NG) jailhouse videos. So if released, I bet we can glean a lot from her writings, and better understand her psyche .. even if there's not a confession. Look at how long we poured over and analyzed the diary, and that was just one page!

Ah I can't wait! Grr..

Every single thing Casey wrote in those letters was MEANT to be seen. She knew this would happen, and it's exactly what she wanted. It's 50 pages of b.s., sprinkled every so often with a name drop here, or a name drop there. Wouldn't surpise me in the least if Kronk, OTown's Finest, or even any number of G's girlfriends came up. Which would have me guessing that Dom, Lee, C & G have long been filtering information to and from Casey...and this is what LE's been investigating??

The only thing we are gonna glean from her writings is just what a complete little sociopath she is. Although it would be interesting to hear what sad song she is singing. I wonder if she portrays the grieving, wrongfully accused victim or if her poor dead little angel is even a topic at all. More likely it is stupid mental meanderings by a narcisistic sociopathic murderer.

"can you believe they expect us to eat this crap? What was that at lunch today?!" "I am sooooo bored today and my hair is such a nighmare. Is there any way to get a hairsytlist in here?" And so forth. 50 notes full of drivel, I am willing to bet. I hope there is something we can glean from them, but I don't think it is likely.

I am so disappointed I was hoping for a slam dunk that KC could not bob and weave her way out of

And that's exactly what I hope to glean. I have been intrigued since Judge S said that he cannot begin to describe KC's mental condition during her initial bond hearing.

The good thing I can see with these letters is if KC was giving her version with inconsistencies throughout it. Whatever story she told it changed somehow or added to it and was proof of her lying..The truth doesn't change if it is the truth. She obviously can not stop herself from getting deeper in lies and can't keep things straight. I can only imagine how the defense is going to spin this one!

The Orange County Sheriff’s Office was contacted by an inmate in the Florida
Department of Correction, who stated that she had communications with the
Defendant while in the Orange County Jail.

I have to say I am impressed that the inmate contacted the OCSO instead of selling the letters to the media which they could have probably gotten big money for. I bet JB is saying "dangit I wish I could of gotten a hold of those letter first, that would big $$$ for me".

Does anyone know the liklihood that the judge will seal these until trial?

Actually the way that I am understanding what's been said today is that although there is no confession per se Casey did mention some things that are rather interesting/relevant to her case and this is why they wanted records of the investigation sealed during the investigation. JB has got to be peeved and about ready to throw his hands up in the air now!!!

Something did in fact occur to me, last time that I'd been listening to Misty Croslin's phone/video visit chats she had a similar attitude and some of what she'd said and the way she spoke had me wondering if she had been talking to CA?! Like she'd been given some points or tips.... Just a thought. Probably not but one never knows!

3. The second inmate, presently incarcerated in Federal Prison, was interviewed
on or about the 27th day of January 2010 and reluctantly confirmed
communication with the Defendant adding that she had received approximately
fifty written communications from the Defendant which were then in the
possession of another individual whose identity was provided
to the Orange
County Sheriffs Office.

from the above link....

very very interesting. KC wrote to this prisoner (who is now in Federal lock up) and then that prisioner sent these letters to someone else for safekeeping. very very interesting - contains relevant information.....hmmmmm.......

TRIXI491......................according to the article, as I understand it, they are UNSEALED

I remember the question being raised when KC's commissary lists came out and she was ordering paper and envelopes.

Then George, in an interview, claimed that he wrote his daughter every day or nearly every day, but that she had not yet responded to those letters.

We knew then that correspondance was happening. I'm not surprised that it is another inmate that "understands" her.
