And that's exactly what I hope to glean. I have been intrigued since Judge S said that he cannot begin to describe KC's mental condition during her initial bond hearing.The only thing we are gonna glean from her writings is just what a complete little sociopath she is.

I bolded the section which seems relevant. If they were notified to correspond with others and got approval it was allowed. I just haven't found anything that applies to an inmate who is not in general population yet.
