someone needs to get on this Judge about time issues....they will only have court 2 days this week.....10:30-4:30 with 2 hours in breaks (lunch and breaks) not to mention Nurmi's objections, that is 4 hrs a day....this trial will last thru the summer!!! this is a waste of taxpayer's money! they need to lengthen hours especially if they are only going to be there 2 freaking days. The judge needs to order that Nurmi have lunch brought in and take matters up with the court off the jury's time (i.e. the wasted time this morning)

She could have come in this morning and read the motions before court too. If court starts at 10:30 that's plenty of time to come in, grab a coffee, chat with her workmates, and see if there's any motions to look over ..

Yes, in 62 seconds she stabbed him 27 times, slit his throat ear to ear, and shot him. She's bionic. I can't imagine being able to move that fast. He had no chance.

In other news, I looked at the docket and those motions to compel were filed by the state, party 001. So JM is confident about what the records will show, IMO.

It helped me to go in and change my settings to have more posts per page. I have 200 per page, but you can set it to more or less. Its a little easier to keep up that way.

Doesn't look like her left ring finger was that broken or damaged on July 16th when finger prints were taken. Seems that finger was able to lie flat on that day.

You'd think an officer would have noted a deformed finger when printing her. I recall that in her interrogation, she gives a slightly different description of this injury. Not that she couldn't make it straight, but that she couldn't bend it properly. This suggests that the damage was still in the early stages and was still somewhat normal.

The good news is that the last thing the jury heard was Juan getting her to admit that Travis was down, and she had to go get the knife AND COME BACK to attack him.

That is the image they have when the break for lunch.

She probably figures she's got nothing to loose she's inviting jm to bring it on. She's got to impress her friends in the clink ! And her fan club online! Her pride and ego ! won't let her loose a battle with jm
Nurmi needs to shaddup jm is doing his job! Just like when he was doing his! Jm gave him more slack.
