ITA! This judge doesn't seem to have any awareness of the disruption this is to the juror's lives. My job is good, they will pay me my regular salary for as long as I'm serving on a jury. Many jobs, however, are not that good and may only pay for 2 weeks or not at all. These poor jurors have lives to lead and were it not for Jodi Arias, her actions and her ramblings, they would be back to their regular lives. Instead they have to sit through things like this.

There would be steam coming from my ears were I a juror. Pfft, I have steam coming from my ears and I'm only a spectator. And...I have a choice, I can choose not to watch...these jurors have no choice.

The media in a case is often times referred to as a 'circus'....in this case, the court is the 'circus', not the media.

62 seconds of which 29 of them were stabs....

At the fastest (I've timed this), it takes 15 seconds to deliver 27 stab wounds. That's not counting variables, like the placement of stab wounds (in this case he received front and back stab wounds), how far back the hand was cocked, stab wound deflection from self-defense, etc. Realistically, I'd estimate 45 seconds to deliver all those stab wounds. That leaves almost no time for her scooby doo run through the closet to get the unloaded gun that only she and Travis knew about.

Did she use this piece of duct tape to attach the knife to her body when she sneaked back into the house/bathroom???

That, or she used it to tape her hair to her head to try to keep hair from getting all over (same reason for Brazilian before heading there). I believe it's duct tape holding her braids in the lengthwise nude pic of her, I'd like to know where the duct tape roll was found (and whose prints are on it).

BTW, I had thought TA was wearing duct tape on his right arm in bed but after having looked at the Bodybug and it having something in the middle that's tighter than the rest of the arm cuff, and you can see a center reddish line on his arm in the shower pic, that was what was around his bicep during her staged nudie pics and before the shower pics. Hope that's understandable. lol

Nope, Nurmi is getting paid $225 an hour for allll of the hours that he has spent "preparing" for the case, talking to Jodi, preparing his "experts", writing frivolous motions, creating tapes of just Travis' voice, picking out his hideous tie of the day....etc. As a new solo practitioner, he is making MUCH more money in this trial than he could off any of the pedophiles that he represents or as a public defender.

I would hope by now somebody has complained to the judge about the lack of progress with this trial. It really is affecting the juries ability to put all the pieces together when they get small tidbit one day and then a week later another tidbit. It really is getting ridiculous.

I bet the average per 5 day week is no more than 1 or 2 hours per day if that much when you factor in the missed days.

So much for a speedy trial. It is getting totally ridiculous. When you think that each person has to prepare themselves for the day and then they get a day like today, it is very upsetting.

Remember when JM was questioning JA about how fast she got the gun that was way back in the corner of the closet? I think she thought long and hard about it that night. I think that's where the "HOLSTER" came from. Because it would be easier to grab/get to, and pull down the gun in the HOLSTER. What she FORGOT in this again made up story is -it would actually take more time to get the gun and take it out of the holster. So then the lie becomes ...well MAYBE ir wasn't in the holster, BUT it was at one time.

another wise poster on this board mentioned the shelves in the closet are held in place with pins, if she stepped on the edge of that shelf it would have collapsed under her weight. any weight over 100# will do it, and she was over 100# did not happen the way she says

If she goes with that, she's a complete idiot. It would show that A. She remembers more of the stabbing than she's previously admitted to and B. It would open the door for Juan to say if she remembers that, than surely she remembers the rest of the stabbing.

I always feared she would do that. Glad she didn't as it would have helped bolster her story. Now according her version of events, she comes away virtually unscathed without any visible injuries consistent with self-defense and Travis is left mangled in shower, looking like a victim of Michael Myers.

Yes!! I think the judge should admonish her in front of the jury to answer the questions "yes" or "no" and not embellish or respond with a question. It's obvious she has no respect for anything or anyone ... she is above the law and smarter than anyone else. Sicko!!

I am soooo very disappointed in this judge .... she is not adjuticating properly IMO .... I feel like writing to the court ... but it would do no good I'm sure. Argh!! :banghead: So frustrating in every sense of the word. I'm about to de-edify someone if things don't shape up. Oh well .... what's a person gonna do?:notgood:
