I was really hoping the JA trial would have wrapped up before the Steubenville rape trial.....I need to go find that thread on here too- but then I would never get any real life stuff done....

I wish I could get paid to Hancock out Websleuths :floorlaugh:

Aaaaand sidebar.

She already offered to plead guilty to 2nd degree murder, with the threat that if they didn't accept her offer she'd drag Travis and his family through the mud. (I found the words in that plea offer outrageous and insulting and rereading it again just got me madder).

The reply: Bring it on.

I'd vote for guilty in the 1st degree to the 23rd power.

Can you, or anyone who may know, point me to where I can find this plea agreement? I've heard so much about it but haven't read it yet. Thank you!!!

Ask about the duct tape found at the scene.

Oh no..

or the gun taped to her ankle or something as Travis was stabbed first. Whatever she did, all her murder weapons were handy.

They can still decide on 2nd degree right? It's not 1st degree or nothing, I hope.

No. There is only 1st degree. LWOP or DP. That is it for guilty.

Hmm... When you click "Insert Link" does a pop up window come up? That's where it should prompt you to paste the URL of the video. You wouldn't be pasting the url of the video here where we write normal posts.

yep, i copy it into the pop up window. i have even tried to paste it directly into my post per [ame="http://www.websleuths.com/forums/showthread.php?t=84111"]this post[/ame] ... i appreciate your help... i'm just gonna give up on trying for the time.. i'll find an OT thread somewhere to practice in ;)

I'm having a very hard time today coping with this trial. Seeing Arias being so calm about Travis' murder just makes me sick to my stomach. All these delays are hard on body and soul.

Hugs and prayers for every single person affected by this trial.

as somebody previously stated this is the most unprofessional trial i have ever witnessed and i have witnessed a few. This judge has no control of her courtroom; she allows the defendant to act rudely and contemptuosly towards the prosecutor, she sustains too many ridiculous objections, and all in all she does not instill confidence as a judge IMO. that is why i do not watch the whole trial. it is too painful and angers me too much.
