Thanks. Wow, that's crazy! Every state I've ever lived in has disclosure laws about dwellings that dictate these things have to be disclosed and even things that are known to be wrong with the home have to be disclosed.

I live in a house that a (recent) murder took place in. We did not know it until we bought it. In my state, murder in a house does not need to be disclosed.

You know what? I have a real problem with that.

The jury asked her a direct factual based question. How many texts, calls and emails.

She is given the records to count them herself.

And YET she can't even give a difinitive answer. I mean, if there is one thing that never lies, it's NUMBERS!

HOW MANY JODI!

The Jolly Green Giant certainly elicits a different tone from Jodi, doesn't he? She's certainly the meek and mild girl now.

so travis discouraged her to go to the bishop about her sins but in fact travis had already went to his bishop? go figure huh

I don't know about anybody else but I it totally creeps me out when she spouts on and on about religion(s). !!!!! Please make it stop!

After Mr. Alexander died? Really??? Don't you mean after your client MURDERED him

Poor Tanisha! I don't think this Bishop stuff should be allowed in because it can't be confirmed, unless they can put the Bishop up on the stand. JMO

Please jurors, stop asking about the religious mumbo jumbo, it just gives the defense a chance to try to trash TA. Do they really find it hard to believe that JA doesn't take mormonism seriously? How naive...
