:banghead: Nurmi SHUT UP!!

  • #462
She must have burned or disposed of her shoes!

  • #463
I am so glad I am not watching this trial in person. I would have been thrown out fifteen times for yelling in frustration and then gone to jail for contempt.

  • #464
omg nurmi give it up! we sat through your BS for hours on end and now you are objecting every 2 mins!!

  • #465
I truly believe that JM is beyond upset with her evasive question and has had enough.

  • #466
She remembers taking her luggage, the gun and rope but nothing else.
She doesn't know where the knife or her shoes went.

So it's "speculation" when she's answering things that she did? I guess the court is obliging her fognesia?

  • #469
oh my goodness...she is FRUSTRATING AS HELL.

Can the judge not admonish her just a little?

  • #470
I love how her fog comes in and out .. comes in for the stabbing, goes out for dropping the knife, comes back in for the attempted clean up and the drive out of Mesa .. etc etc etc .. I mean really.

It's like Elmo doing the "near" and "far" thing.

I think these delays are signs telling some of us..you guys need to get up and do something constructive :P

:pillowfight:

Stop it!! You're gonna make shake in mortal terror......

:)

I missed all morning, forgot I had an appointment..whoops! Was reading in between the EKG, doctors coming in and out. :what: Thanks to everyone for keeping us in the loop!

Finally here! Wow is JA feisty today. I see the lunch break didn't change her attitude.

  • #473
She is really maddening, in the way she refuses to answer a question. I wonder if her attorney can be sanctioned excessive overruled objections?
If anything, the jurors must be frustrated.

  • #474
Of course the luggage is a huge bomb...since she has testified it was already packed in her car, sometime after 2pm.

Right? Am I following clearly?

  • #475
nurmi,take a nap love YAWN

JM to JA . . . you remember saying you had dropped the knife
I had gripped it
did you drop knife, tell jury you screamed? yes
didn't tell them about gripping the knife . . .do you think strength of gripping it is important to the case? don't know
you had knife, had in your hand at one point, dropped the knife and took it with you . .
took it where?
I don't know you did it. . . . . you remember dropping knife, having a gun,
items I remember was my luggage, the gun, don't remember much until I was a little more lucid.
#162 you were in socks
When I pulled over I didn't have any shoes -
did you leave your shoes behind
I don't know- just remember not having shoes
took socks off- said you remember being barefoot while driving - took sox off in the house?
it could have been anywhere
remember hearing sound of tile when dropped knife - correct
yeah I screamed . . . . remember nothing immediately after that for many hours, next thing remember don't remember gassing up . . . . ..gap in memory . . . .

pulled off on side road didn't know where you were - Nevada border not knowin which direction going
objection - approach? you may

  • #477
KN objecting to every question now

  • #478
She doesn't remember what happened to her shoes.

  • #479
Nurmi is too much.

  • #480
I don't understand why this judge almost ALWAYS let them approach!
It's aggravating.
