I was surprised there wasn't a jury question about the issue of her saying as she took some photos they would look at them and then delete some, etc....they would have to be very close to eachother to do that and I thought they would question whether or not Travis stepped out of the shower to do that with her, or did she lean in and rsik getting the camera wet, or did they turn off the water ....

Well, so much for my vision of the jurors doing a 12 Angry Men reprise of the 62 sec. melee with CEO watching the time as Wrestler Guy jumps out and picks up/body slams Ponytail Girl, who hightails it around the jury room twice with Wrestler guy in hot pursuit, jumps on a chair and reaches high, jumps down, runs across the room, and pivots in "Stop or I'll shoot!" mode.

YES! But to be most accurate the pick up/body slam would have to be done to JA, I would love to see that!

I wish some how JM could show the parallel between Aileen Wurono Testimony in her "self-defense" dialogue and Jodi Arias "self-defense" testimony (minus geography)!!! THAT would be a definite Kodak moment especially both saying "I kill you, "B....ch!"

It is the second 1st degree murder charge against JA. The premise being that okay, if they don't think she premeditated the murder then when she began to attack Travis she was no longer welcome in his home and therefor is consided a burglar and in the commission of that burglary she murdered Travis. That is a 1st degree felony.

You can also throw in the fact that she says she watched Travis on his computer for about 40 seconds or so before the dog realised she was there and thats when Travis noticed her.That would say to me that he didn't go to the door and let her in and that she came into the house uninvited.

11) Claiming Travis had a gun, but no box of ammunition
12) Claiming she did not know about the Hoover Dam checkpoint, but had driven that way before
13) Conveniently losing the Helio phone with the recorded sex tape and finding it two years later after the self-defense claim was establsihed as the defense
14) Stating that Travis was calm during the trashing of the BMW, but furious with the dropping of the camera from 2 feet off the ground
15) Putting the dog gate up that was never up before to keep Napoleon away from Travis' body
16) Relating (2) different false stories about the killing to Detective Flores
17) Hacking Travis' voicemail late on 6/4 and leaving him a voicemail after supposedly finding her "lost" phone charger
18) Making out with Ryan Burns less than 24 hours after butchering Travis
19) Removing the car mats from the rental car
20) Saying the 3rd gas can was returned to Walmart when it really wasn't

Jody Arias goes to her bishop AFTER the murder and admits the sex. So now she's in the process of repentence without confessing that SHE MURDERED SOMEONE!

This reveals part of her motive, which was to restore her good name and smear Travis' because he threatened to expose her for the beeyotch thief? that she is. She fully intended to keep this murder secret forever.

If she went back to the bishop and told him that she murdered someone after she confessed that she slept with him--and didn't tell him that--she would be excommunicated.

I am sure she fooled the bishop, crying and carrying on that she didn't want to do the nasty but he made her and now he's dead and he was so wonderful, kind, lit up a room...I'm sue the bishop felt sorry for her almost-widowhood and just put her on probation.

What a monster.

To some extent the JA trial has sullied the Mormon Church. To be sure both JA and TA did not comport with Mormon Church sexual behavior standards. I would think, therefore, that officials of the Mormon Church would want to distance themselves from Jodi Arias and this trial’s aftermath.

I would also think that the Church has ample grounds to officially excommunicate Jodi Arias. Once a verdict is rendered in this case and this verdict is 1st degree murder I would look to the Mormon Church to announce that Jodi Arias has been excommunicated and her name has been completely expunged from the Church archives.

I hope Juan has planted enough seeds in the jurors minds about Jodi and the 2 defense experts' testimony to come. Juan is always thinking ahead.

I wish the jurors could hear and see Travis telling his story about being robbed and/or see Jodi laying up on him. How she stole that story word for word in one of her "stories" how Travis died. Did Jodi get off replaying that out on Travis? Get the idea to kill him from his own survival story? I forgot did Travis say what caliber weapon that attacker used in the robbery?

As a juror I would find the 'deleting as we go story' ridiculous. Seriously, imagine you are in a shower and someone is taking macho or pin-up pics of you. It's beyond credible to think you would not carry out the shoot (pun not intended), dry, dress, and then sit down together and delete the unwanted photos.

Imo, what is going to happen is they are all going to disregard her entire testimony because it is not credible nor trustworthy.

I hope you never stop speaking out. My message would be for the abused to seek seek seek help.

My relationship was inter-racial and once my parents found out they disowned me. I was totally isolated from everyone and when I finally left him I had just gotten out of the Marines and I knew noone where we were living except his family. I lived out of my car for awhile, cleaning up in a gas station bathroom before going to work. At the time he was trying to kill me... and he actually did say to me "if I can't have you nobody will" (they do say this!) he was involved with another woman. It is because of that woman, the court and my finally being able to move away that I think I am alive today.

Anyway, I packed all of those experiences away in a box in my head and went on with life as best I could. I had no insurance, no money, nobody. I worked on a relationship with my family and got my life back together. I have suffered from self hatred, low self-esteem, severe depression, attempted suicide twice and been treated for many years with meds and I am finally seeing light at the end of the tunnel. So many wasted years.

So my important message is to please seek treatment no matter how mild the abuse may seem, please...everyone and anyone!

Oh popsicle, at the time you had no idea. You are a survivor in my eyes, a strong one too.
